"Overall great experience. Great location in Sedona (southern part of town) in the middle of a neighborhood, but we didnt see or hear anyone else from the property. Joel is very available via text for any issues. Hot tub and sauna both as advertised and very functional. Stayed with three kids under 11 and 4 adults and had plenty of room. "

"We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. "We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again. "

"The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Sedona. Very comfortable house, from the comfy bed & soft linens to the soft bath sheets. The hot tub out the front door was a bonus. Very peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for providing coffee, washer and dryer, and garage parking. Communication was simple and gave us all the info needed before we even got into town. Will definitely recommend and hopefully come visit again. "
