"We were a group of 6 men on our annual fishing trip. The rental did not disappoint, Owners were very attentive to our needs leading up to our visit. Home was well appointed, clean and came as advertised. Great Lake for fishing, caught trout, bass, cusk and perch. The eagle that hung around while we fished was an added bonus. Overall a great trip!!!"

"Our stay here was wonderful. The house is so homey and comfortable with everything a guest needs. Clean, well appointed and prepared. Owner was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. Wilton was a great spot to stay, situated btw Sunday River and Sugarloaf where we skied. Easy to get to and a couple of really nice restaurants in the area. Would definitely come again! Perfect winter getaway and I am sure beautiful in the summer/fall too!"

"Great accommodations from Chip and Kathy. In addition, they live nearby which is great in case anything pops up. Wood stove was already on when we arrived which was warm and cozy. House is right off of Rt 27 with about a 30 minute ride to the Sugarloaf base lodge. Will definitely stay there again."

"This was a big disappointment. The listing stated there was air conditioning in the unit. However, there was no air conditioning upstairs in any of the bedrooms and the only ac was a small window unit downstairs. The unit was filthy and had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Definitely not worth the money.for the place."

"I would give this property and the hosts 6 stars if that were possible! Absolutely beautiful home on a lovely, quiet, serene pond with walking trails right outside the door. We even watched bald eagles and otters from the living room sofa! Roger and Elaine live nearby and were available, and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. They even checked in on us to make sure we were aware of the impending snow. Highly recommended! Even the dog loved it. :) "

"We had an amazing time. The house has ample sleeping areas as well as a large open concept kitchen, Livingroom dining room, so everyone can be together. We enjoyed using the fire pit and had plenty of dry wood available to us. We went sledding at the beach and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter when the lake is well frozen over. We hope to book this place again to see it in another season. - GSME Troop 438"
