"I would give 5 stars all around, except I must agree with the other reviews that it could use some updating. Regardless, the bed was comfy, every staff member was so friendly and kind, the grounds are well maintained, the views are perfection and you can’t beat the price! Our neighbors were all repeat guests of at least a decade and that speaks volumes- just don’t expect anything fancy (if that’s what you want you can pay 1k+ a night at the resort a few lots down…) and you’ll be in heaven! "

"Edwards guest house is a very warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent in helping us. The location is excellent to be able to walk to the beach side restaurants in Sandy Ground. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was much more affordable than many places on Anguilla. "

"Serenity cottages lives up to its name--SUCH a serene place, with an almost deserted beautiful beach. The staff and management did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, including working graciously with us to resolve some issues with the wifi, television and shower pressure. Though the units could use some refreshing, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Overall, we would definitely come back, and can't speak highly enough of Kenneth, the owner, the service and staff. "
