Villa Sirenetta is located in Belmont Estates just above the two best beaches in Tortola (Smuggler's Cove and Long Bay). 5 minute drive or short walk.

We provide everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels.

Villa Sirenetta (The Mermaid) is a spacious three-bedroom villa nestled in the lush hillside of Belmont Estates in Tortola’s West End. Enjoy the best of outdoor living with breathtaking views of Long Bay Beach and Smuggler's Cove which sit just below the villa.

Sirenetta is fully air-conditioned with three spacious bedrooms on two levels, well separated for privacy. On Sirenetta’s main level, the great room looks out to the sea under an expansive covered veranda perfect for romantic outdoor dining and lounging.

The great room has an open-plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating and a separate dining table. All of the Villa’s handmade furnishings are imported from Bali.

The great room is flanked by two master suites. Each suite has a furnished private balcony, flat-panel TV with DVD player and AC.

Other amenities include bath robes, luxurious Italian linens and W Hotel Heavenly mattresses in each room. Each upper level suite has a private bathroom with shower.

The lower level pool decks include a covered poolside alfresco dining area, barbecue grill, kitchenette complete with wet bar and gas range. There is a lower level half bathroom and a convenient private outdoor shower.

The pool level bedroom is complete with sitting area, Queen bed and queen futon, TV/DVD and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Rate includes 1 mid week cleaning for stays of 5 days or more. Additional cleaning available at a charge. Personal laundry service is provided during mid week cleaning.

Private Chef service available at additional cost. Villa can be provisioned with groceries and beverages prior to your arrival at additional cost. In house spa services are available at additional charge

This villa has the most gorgeous views and we took advantage of them for many meals on the patio and just to relax with a drink watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, although we did bring some stuff from home, but we did shop at the local grocery as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and the local marina! Smugglers Cove is absolutely beautiful and was pretty empty! We ventured out to Cane Garden Bay about 30 min drive from the villa due to some road construction which was much busier but pretty too! We also took advantage of the ferry to Virgin Gorda to visit the Baths, which we highly recommend and also went on a boat trip to the Indians and the caves to go snorkeling around Norman Island. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Great Location for a Quiet Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sirenetta! It was our first time in the BVI, but we made the right decision, re: location. Our favorite beach in Tortola, Smuggler's Cove, is a ten minute walk down the hill (it's a pretty big hill!). And there are a handful of good restaurants nearby as well. The pool was clean and gave us a great view, and we spent a ton of time lounging on the upper deck, where the view is even better. Highly recommended!

A Slice of Paradise
This is the property to stay in and leave all your troubles behind! Very well appointed with multiple balconies and a pool. We spent hours outside taking advantage of the balcony fans to keep most mosquitoes away. AC indoors was perfect when we wanted to cool down. The view from the house overlooks Long Bay beach and the surf. Having coffee and staring at the ocean or having drinks and watching the sunset - a great escape from winter!

After a week of sailing and scuba diving Villa Sirenetta was a breath of fresh air. What incredible views! The villa was gorgeous and the bedrooms all private. The villa was stocked with everything you could need. Sylvia greated us, showed us all around and was just a godsend. She picked up provisions for us and even gave us a ride down to the beach when she came to do our midweek cleaning. Picked us up when she was done. She was a joy and made our stay just perfect. We will be back!

Great Time at Villa Sirenetta
Just stayed at Villa Sirenetta with friends and an outstanding time. The villa is set up with top notch amenities and a perfect layout for multiple couples or large families (each of three bedrooms has its own bath). The villa is located close to the beach and many real good places to eat. We enjoyed Coal Pot, Banakeet and even had a inexpensive dinner supplied by the ladies that cook on the weekend across from Coal Pot. The generator came in handy for several hours while they were tending the power lines. We never missed a beat. Killer sunsets too.

Private and Relaxing
This is our 5th trip to Villa Sirenetta. It is such a great villa, conveniently located, well maintained, very clean, with many little amenities that help make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the quick drive down to the beach and just relaxing on the balconies. During our stay the power company shut power in the area to do tree maintenance along the power lines. Fortunately, the back up generator kicked in and we were able use water, wifi, etc without interruption. We will be back again!

Unbelievable Trip
If you are planning a trip to Tortola you will not be disappointed renting this villa. Everything about the house was great. The a/c was a huge plus. We rented the villa for the week and can not wait to make a return trip with friends. Leanne stayed in touch in the months leading up to our trip making sure we knew about ferry services and she even handled our car rental logistics for us. She made it so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. Again, the house and views are incredible and you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful House, great location
My wife and I returned to Tortola after Honeymooning there 20 years prior. We were looking for a quiet place to get away, but close enough to the beaches and other island activities. Villa Sirenetta was beyond our expectations, with the spectatular views from the entire house, great pool and decks for relaxing and grilling and top flight amenities throughout the house. We were definitiely glad we had rented a 4-wheel jeep that allowed us quick access to the great beaches at Smuggler's and Long bay. We also enjoyed being close to the West End and Soper's Hole providing quick access to Daysail options and the restauarants like D'Best Cup, Fish and Lime and Frenchman's clubhouse. We had a great time and paln to return soon!

Beautiful home. Good location. Sylvia was amazing. She went above and beyond during our stay. Hurricane hit the 2nd day we were there and the generator was broken for 2 days. We had to trash the food in the fridge, which was frustrating. We also had to leave the house on those days due to no electric/no AC/no running water for the toilets. I would have loved to relax in the beautiful pool/outdoor patio that this property has to offer.

We were stuck between places but were able to wait on the back patio while the cleaning was completed. We were able to get in touch with Sylvie for directions to the residence. Once the cleaning was completed, Sylvie gave us a tour explaining the AC, fans and lights. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We did not rent a cat but she gave us the name and number of a cab driver, Eric, who was great. We walked to soper harbor but got a ride from eric back upthe hill. We walked to long bay and to smugglers covea d walked back. It was a trek up but definitely doable. The pool and floaties were really nice. Easy check out.

Another Great Vacation At Villa Sirenetta
This was my tenth trip to Tortola in the past fifteen years. I have stayed in several different places on Tortola and have stayed at Villa Sirenetta the past two years. Villa Sirenetta is by far the nicest place I have stayed in on the island. It is very easy to communicate with Leanne, the owner, and it was a pleasure to do business with her. On the island, Sylvia is the property manager and is very pleasant and accommodating. Villa Sirenetta is my home away from home. It is modern, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The views from the balcony are amazing and it is only a five minute drive to Smugglers Cove, the best beach on the island. I am looking forward to our next trip to Villa Sirenetta.

Ultimate vacation rental
Beautiful villa with every amenity you would ever need. We have stayed in some pretty amazing places but this villa is one of the best. Matched the description perfectly. We loved the privacy and simplicity of the island. The owner outdid herself on this one and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Property manager Sylvia was great and really, we wanted for nothing. Smuggler's Cove was our favorite beach. Next time we will have snorkeling gear with us. Our favorite places to eat were Myett's, Sugar Mill and Sebastions. The ferry system is amazing and we took a ferry to Virgin Gorda one of the days. We always feel at home in the Caribbean and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your Villa.

Wonderful Family Home
We had a great week at Villa Sirenetta. The home is lovely with stunning views, very comfortable spaces to gather and relax and a great location above Smuggler's Cove. Driving in the area can be challenging and you definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle and patience but we also enjoyed walking down to the beach -- great working getting back home! Sylvia was the on site manager and was lovely to work with --- personal check in and intro to the house, prompt and friendly response to all our questions and a mid week laundry service and tidying up which was very helpful. The 3 sleeping spaces all have their own bathrooms/private space. The downstairs bedroom suite is accessed outside and is locked up separately so likely not great for children. It was also a bit musty but the dehumidifier that is provided helped. We spent most of our time on the lovely main balcony overlooking the pool and out to the sea. Amenities included use of really nice beach chairs and a good cooler. If you go, I also highly recommend the Surf and Sail shop in the West End. They rented us a paddle board and snorkel equipment for the week, showed us how to use the soft roof rack for transport and then picked all the gear up from the Villa when we were done with it savig us a trip back down the hill. If we return to Tortola, we would likely try to stay at this lovely place again!

The Perfect Paradise!
My husband and I stayed at Villa Sirenetta the end of September and had SUCH a wonderful time! The home itself is nothing short of perfection, and the views....OH, the VIEWS!!!!!!! Pure Bliss. It is very private and very romantic, and we literally had everything we needed to stay in and cook up some fabulous meals. (We even had fresh fish to grill and a fantastic local recipe to try! YUMMY!) We couldn't have asked for sweeter Caretakers~ Ging and Sylvia were available when we needed them, all we had to do is call. We felt like we got special treatment, but I am pretty sure that every guest of Villa Sirenetta is treated that way :) Special thanks to the owner for her hospitality and for gathering all the paperwork and getting everything done and making everything so easy. It was a pleasure to work with someone that truly wanted to make sure we had a great time. All we had to do is show up and let the Caribbean share her magic. Villa Sirenetta, we can't wait to come back to you!

Paradise found!
I've been delinquent in writing a review because I have nothing to add that hasn't already been said -yet another 5 star rating! This property is exactly as stated. The views are breathtaking and the property is very clean. Leanne was extremely easy to work with. She helped us book a car rental, private catered meals, day sails and delivered groceries. Sylvia met us at the car rental agency so we could follow her back to the villa. No following maps for us when we arrived after a day of traveling- we had a personal escort! Sylvia was very thorough and kind. We enjoyed spending the days either sailing on Aristocat (recommended) or discovering new beaches followed by swimming in the pool during the sunsets. Amazing! The only thing I would caution others about is the driving on Tortola. It is not for the feint of heart! But you will be rewarded by breathtaking views! Highly recommend Villa Sirenetta - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful and clean villa, fantastic onsite management and out of this world view. Randy was very helpful and informative prior to our visit and Sylvia was absolutely amazing, ever so helpful during our stay!!! She rescued us when we were lost on our first attempt to locate the villa and led us all the way to Road Town to pick up the rest of our party. She was very detailed when showing us how to turn on fans, AC, etc. She received and put away the provisions we ordered prior to our arrival. We are already starting to plan our next visit!!! We had two issues, both of which Sylvia went out of her way to help but we feel these could have been avoided. Apparently Pool filter stops working after power goes off (which happened twice during our stay - “government outage”) which caused pool to become very cloudy. If renters could have been informed of this fact and given access to filter system, we could have turned it back on and not lose two days of pool use. Cistern pump burned up because it ran when cistern was empty. It would have been nice if cistern had been filled prior to our arrival especially since the area had not had rain for a while. Other than these, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend Villa Sirenetta!!!

Loved it!
Had everything we wanted. 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms (1 is completely separate on the pool level without access from the 1st floor). AC, beach gear, WiFi, and Netflix at night to watch a movie. We purchased groceries on our way to the house but they will get them for you for a fee. We were able to cook meals and eat them on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. You can hear the waves even though the beach is a distance away. In January, the sun is mostly behind the house, not on the pool or lounge chairs. You can catch a little here and there. The roads are crazy but you do get used to it and just hope another car doesn't come the other way. Definitely get 4 wheel drive, something high off the ground. Smuggler's Cove was beautiful and a short drive off the hill and then a dirt road. Several options to take ferries to other islands for the day. We took 2 out of Road Town, 30 minutes away. Free parking. The Sensation to Virgin Gorda combo with trolley to the Baths was well worth it. We stayed mostly on the quieter Devil's Bay. Absolutely beautiful! Do the trail between the 2...more like an obstacle course. Anegada was ok. Nothing excting. Rented a VERY old Jeep. Did some snorkeling; saw the flamingos very far away. Had a really good lunch at the Anegada Beach Club. We also took a snorkel trip with Aristocat to the Needles, Norman Island and Peter Island. That's where we saw the best coral and fish.

Another Amazing Stay at Villa Sirenetta
April 2017 marked my 8th visit to Tortola. For the last 5, I've stayed at Villa Sirenetta. I go to Tortola for the amazing scenery and enjoy time in the sun by the island's stunning beaches. This is my time to relax, not worry about a thing. And Villa Sirenetta allows me to do just that. When I walk through the front door of Villa Sirenetta upon my arrival each spring, I am in just as much awe as I was the very first time. First, that view . . . breathtaking! Then I look around the house as I get settled in and it's not lost on me that the owners and local managers have gone to great lengths to make sure the furniture, appliances and all the other amenities are still like new. Leanne, Sylvia and Samuel have thought of everything—even remembering details specific to me and my preferences year after year—which makes Villa Sirenetta my true home away from home. While Villa Sirenetta is on the western side of Tortola, it is close to two fantastic beaches (Long Bay and Smugglers Cove), shopping in the nearby Soper's Hole and countless spectacular restaurants. And there's plenty more to do in Road Town, a quick 15- to 20-minute drive. The locals are friendly, always waving as you drive by, and quick to give you a recommendation if you're interested. Leanne – I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with me and my mom. As always, we had a lovely week. I had no idea just how much rest I needed—body and mind—until I got there. That first night I slept the best I had in months! And, I couldn't thank you without extending my gratitude for your amazing helpers, Sylvia and Samuel. They've become dear friends, just two more reasons I love Tortola and Villa Sirenetta. I'm already counting down the days to our next visit!

Found Some Good and Several Needs Improvement.
The Good. Sylvia and Nigel took good care of the property. Both of them spent a lot of time with us given all of the problems we experienced during our stay. The property is located near two very good beaches. Smugglers Cove and Long Bay. West End is a very nice location. Needs Improvement. The pool was dirty and poorly maintained. It needed to be drained, refilled, and two days later algae growths reappeared. Able to use 3 days during our stay. The house ran out of water twice. Water pump failure to prime which resulted in loud noises through one night. Dishwasher does not work well. Palm tree resting on roof over second bedroom. Scraping over tiles on windy nights made it difficult to sleep. 1st floor bedroom adjacent to reserve cistern was humid/damp and smelled of mold. Dehumidifier ran constantly over the 7 days with minimal improvement. Although there is a washer and dryer on the property it is not available to the renters as needed. There is a mid week laundry service. A bit concerned that I did not notice smoke detector/alarm in 1st floor bedroom/Living got area. Property has a lot of potential. Requires routine maintenance. Inconvenient to make so many phone calls and repair services during our stay. Owner reacted quickly to phone calls. Although, disappointed in the owner's overall response and promise to make things right.
