Seabreeze is a charming 2 bedroom villa in the British Virgin Islands with 2 beautiful individual suites. As you arrive at the villa, you will drive up a shady lane within The Long Bay Village. Seabreeze offers an enjoyable secluded location to enjoy your vacation.

There are unobstructed views of the ocean and neighbouring islands - Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay and Long Bay Beach. Seabreeze is part of a group of villas which form part of the Long Bay Estate and its meandering colourful gardens. It’s just 3 minute walk to the gorgeous appealing Long Bay Beach.

Each suite is self-contained and has its own entrance. Rent the entire villa if you wish, enjoy the villa with your family or a group of friends. The lovely alfresco dining is within its own tropical garden and provides a great ambience to enjoy the sea breezes and trade winds. Why not BBQ and watch the lights come up in the Long Bay Estate, maybe have a cocktail and watch the sun go down!

Both suites are fully air-conditioned with king size beds for you to relax. Both have private facilities to wash off the day’s events! The garden suite has the living room with open plan kitchen, outside deck with BBQ, dining for 6 with superb sea views. Seabreeze is interconnected by a central stair case, each floor has its own lockable entrance.

The Penthouse is roomy with a high vaulted ceiling which gives you an airy feeling. There is an open-air balcony to enjoy breakfast and the early morning sunshine. It also provides the ideal setting for a romantic cocktail or glass of bubbly with someone special!

The main deck features the kitchen and outdoor dining area, bedroom/bathroom suite. There is a large set of sliding doors which open out onto the deck. Parking is right next to the villa, no long walks with your luggage or shopping!

Long Bay Beach is just a couple of minutes away, with lovely views, white sandy beach, plenty of beach chairs to chill out on. Why not watch the Pelicans fish all day! The mile long beach is a great place to walk, sit or read a book. Plenty of palm tree’s if you want to get out of the sun.

Tortola has many excellent restaurants dotted around the island and there are 2 within walking distance of Seabreeze. You can also enjoy sailing, scuba dive or take a variety of day trips either by boat or ferry to other British Virgin Islands. Surfing is awesome at Apple Bay Beach and fantastic snorkelling can be found at Smuggler’s Cove, which is in the next bay.

It was easy to drive to from Road Town with easy access to Sopers Hole. The view of Long Bay was spectacular especially from the upper floor. And Tralas Restaurant was right there. The parking is challenging but accessible. And Property Management was very responsive. We look forward to going back.

Sea Side Oasis
It would be nice to have a beach cooler available. The stay would have been perfect if the tv was fixed prior to our arrival. The tv was NEVER repaired during my stay although I was told a few times it would be.

Beautiful home and location
This home was nothing short of amazing! We arrived, and the host had someone meet us to direct us where to go beautiful it has all the amenities necessary to have a comfortable stay. We rented both top and bottom, but was told it can be rented separately. We are happy we rented the entire thing. It was a great experience. Book this home today you will not be disappointed everything is up-to-date. They were ample towels to include beach towels. There is a washer and dryer present in the unit. There are up-to-date kitchens along with utensils. If you wanted to cook indoors. There is an outside patio where you can barbecue and sit around and play games if you want to just overall a great experience! I will definitely rent again. The host was very responsive. They were no problems however when we reached out with questions, the response with swift and precise. Thank you for being such a great host.

Seabreeze villa
Villa was very nice and had everything we needed. Would suggest that a small car be rented as space was difficult to park in. We enjoyed our stay but sad to see that there was so much hurricane damage in the area. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful Villa
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here from May 14 to May 17. The property manager, Barry, met us at the Cuan Law dock and escorted us to Seabreeze. This was a wonderful villa. Great location and ocean views from all rooms and the deck is amazing - our favorite place to hang. Gorgeous sunsets. Very relaxing, comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill. Property manager very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not have gas for the grill and called. Next morning it was replaced and had a reserve tank. Great service. Very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this villa.

Great Week at this Beautiful Villa
My wife and I really enjoyed our week here. Arrived at West End Ferry and the property manager meet us at the dock to take us on a short ride to Seabreeze. It is very easy to fall in love with this island and villa. There are gorgeous ocean views from all rooms. It is relaxing, comfortable and attractively decorated. The location is ideal, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also liked the convienence of the kitchen and the barbecue. Would highly recommend this villa.
