A new Kitchen has been built and Sun deck, and currently 2 new bedrooms completed in March 2018. Situated 300 feet above Long Bay Beach on a secluded hillside, this very private and romantic home is accessed via a scenic drive or staircase winding down the hill, and enjoys captivating long-distance sea vistas and constant 10-20 mph cool tradewinds. Nestled in garlands of flowering allamanda and other island flora, Longview Villa offers four bedroom/bath suites in three pavilions with a generous 40-foot lap pool between them for perfect privacy.  There is both an upper and lower sundeck with the upper one offering spectacular views of surrounding islands and has an outside kitchen for al fresco dining.
The main living room has an inside dining room and there is a newly refurbished kitchen, office. There is a separate laundry room.

All Bedrooms, living room and kitchen are air conditioned for comfort.

Whether you are just two people or 8 you are renting the entire property so are guaranteed total privacy.

Expansive beautiful Long Bay Beach lies below with the famous Smugglers cover next door. The sound of the ocean is a lovely backdrop of sound.

The main pavilion house is air conditioned for comfort, with new Picture patio doors allowing full appreciation of the stunning view. The lounge Diner are has TV, computer and sound system to relax in. The large new modern Caribbean style kitchen has all the items one would wish for cooking at home.

A patio for outdoor dining, just outside the living area, also leads to the king master bedroom suite on the second pavilion's main level, fully screened and handsomely furnished. Above on Longview Villa's upper level is a further king bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own deck and a charming sitting area; from this level you may enjoy incredible sea views clear to the horizon!


Our close friend Jon manage the property for us along with their own properties of Limeberry House and Villa. They will meet and greet you on your arrival. They have a well deserved reputation in maintaining properties and ensuring guests are well looked after. Their knowledge of what to do on the island, or where to get items is encyclopedic. Long Bay enjoys the longest beech on the island a 2 minute drive away or walk for those who feel fit. There are several other beeches on this side of the island just a few minutes away. It never gets crowded, very often you are the only person on the beech. Your holiday can either be one of total relaxation with Serenti spa offering home Massages and total privacy or an adventure holiday with Sailing, Boating, Diving, Snorkelling, Deep sea fishing, Paddle boarding as well as island hopping by boat, plane or helicopter.

No part of the villa is shared with any one else. The whole villa is secluded and private. It comprises of Main house and 2 separate bedroom blocks in 1 acre of grounds. All to for your enjoyment during your stay.
