This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. You'll be in close to West Des Moines premiere shopping, dining and entertainment area, Jordan Creek Mall, while enjoying resort style living! Your personal retreat has an open concept layout, including a large kitchen island, bedroom with walk-in closet, a private balcony and more. You'll feel at home, with access to convenient amenities, such as the outdoor pool, an expansive fitness center and more. Corporate housing is available.

The unit is spacious but you'll find all the accommodations of home. As you enter the front door, you're greeted by the large and expansive kitchen, stocked with all the basic appliances you would need (toaster, Keurig, microwave, etc) as well as bakeware, kitchen gadgets, etc. as well as plenty of seating! If you're bringing a little one, you'll find a high-chair as well.

The kitchen overflows into the the large living room with plenty of space. A huge, 55" smart TV is ready for you to connect your streaming services (free options as well) and lightning fast wifi is throughout the entire unit. There is also a private balcony with seating off the living room that overlooks the pool area and main clubhouse. Tucked away in the living room is a desk/study area for your needs as well.

In the bathroom, you'll find body towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up removal towels, a hair wrap and more. You'll also find shampoo, body wash, conditioner and a hair dryer for added convenience. In the bedroom, there is an ultra comfortable 12" memory foam king sized bed, a smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet with tons of space (pack n' play included). There are also room darkening curtains in the bedroom to ensure a good nights sleep!

Parking is easy; a private, reserved garage space is included!

While I love all pets, only dogs are allowed (restricted breeds: Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher and Mastiff).
