"Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away. "

"Wonderful Location, close to the ferry at Hyannis. Centrally located on the Cape. The view over Brewster Pond is amazing. House is wonderfully done and furnished. "

"I've been going to the cape all my life, this is great well kept modest house in a great location for a family trip with access to swan pond (tidal, salt water) right there. My late winter trip made using the outdoor hot tub especially welcome. "

"Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king...
