"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"Christina & Daniel are the perfect hosts! Their beautiful cottage sits behind their home in a quiet neighborhood blocks from the circle. The cottage was cozy, clean & wonderfully stocked with more than what we needed for our weekend stay. Keurig, water, breakfast bars, hairdryer, nice linens & bedding, books, puzzles, etc. We slept well & enjoyed our morning coffee while looking out at their peaceful backyard. We honestly could not have asked for anything more! Looking forward to our next stay....

"We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The location is peaceful, the lodging is well-appointed, the accomodations are comfortable and inviting, and the owners are lovely.
