Home is designed for outdoor fun with a HUGE new deck and two covered porches. Deck extends the main living by 400 feet and stylishly wraps around a massive tree so big it would take two or three to stretch their arms around it. How about a competitive game of Corn hole? Upstairs has the original just refinished 120 yr old hardwood floors. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Both bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bidet with a heated bidet toilet seat…..you'll never want to sit on a cold toilet seat again!
- Master bedroom has a new king 14in luxury memory foam mattress with a whitewashed headboard, a 42in smart wall mounted TV. A comfortable recliner awaits you in your master so you can get away (or sleep!) from the excitement downstairs. Do you need and an adjustable bed for a better night’s sleep for all? A memory foam wedge pillow, stored in closet, is available if desired to simulate an adjustable bed for reduced snoring and waking up refreshed.
- 2nd bedroom has a new queen 14in luxury memory foam mattress and also has a sleeper ottoman that folds out to a twin memory foam comfy sleeper.

- Upstairs bathroom: features a heated bidet toilet seat with dual warming jets and dryer…..a treat to experience, and a pedestal sink. Bathroom serves both bedrooms with “jack and jill” entrance
- Downstairs bathroom is a clean bright white and has tub/shower and a pedestal sink with modern toilet. Has hair dryer, ample towels, hand towels and washcloths. Bring your toiletries.
Kitchen:
Shiny stainless steel kitchen appliances include a new microwave, stove and fridge with icemaker. Fully stocked with pots, utensils, glasses (yes wine glasses too!), coffee mugs, wine opener, pitchers, spatulas, spice rack, blender, colander, plates, bowls, etc will make FOOD and beverages the center of your gathering. A Keurig coffee pot awaits you with a good supply of K-cups. Bright kitchen… recessed lighting and pendent lights above the granite eat-in bar. An outdoor charcoal grill is provided…bring charcoal, grilling utensils provided.
Outdoors:
The covered back porch connects to a 400 sq foot deck that stretches onward and wraps majestically around huge old growth magnolia tree. Decorative white party lights drape along the top of the large deck and create a fun and memorable experience and is ideal for an outdoor party, relaxing, picnics, etc. The back deck is connected to the house with no steps involved…just walk out . A corn hole game is available at the home – set it up on the spacious deck (yes deck's really that big!) or in the grass outside. A covered front porch greets you as you step up few steps to enter the home. Fence yard.
Parking:
Bring you spare cars, boats or RV…..there is ample space for you and your guest. Parking in front and rear and will accommodate boat parking and up to 5 cars, RV, etc. Parking at rear of home is provided by an asphalt lot accommodating 3-4 cars, boat or RV/camper.
