"Our stay was in the superb, pleasant, clean, spacious home truly facilitated our family getting ready for going out to the extended family event in the area. Upon our arrival the home was warm and welcoming. Warm comfortable beds and lovely rooms refreshed us after our long drive. The well-appointed kitchen made our breakfast together cordial and fun. "I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"
