The main level primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower, heated floor, dual vanity sinks and a private water closet. The first upper level area houses two more bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful retreat. These two guest bedrooms are equally comfortable: one has a queen bed and one has a queen bed and single day bed. These guest rooms share a hallway bathroom. The second upper level area has the fourth bedroom all by itself at the top of an open staircase (there is a door in the mud room that separates this wing from the kitchen/living areas) and has a king bed and a living room area with a queen pull out sofa bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom.

The lower level is an oversized oasis of entertainment and relaxation. There is a large workout area with a Ping-Pong table, Peloton Bike and all the equipment you need to stay in shape while on vacation, along with another full bathroom. The spacious gathering area with a large sectional sofa offers a great spot for movie nights or game nights with the whole family.

The pool will be open from 5/10/25 to 10/11/25. The property is available for weekly rentals from 10/12/24 to 5/9/25 at a reduced rate while the pool and spa are closed. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Please call for additional details. No pets or smoking allowed. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum rentals during the peak season. Shorter stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder season. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
