Windsong 4 - Luxury Condo-4 UNIT COMPLEX-Boggy Sand Rd-gated access to SMB

Get away from the crowds of the busy resort area and the large condo complexes. Windsong is comprised of only four luxury boutique condominiums. Our gated property is located on one of the most coveted streets on island, Historic Boggy Sand Road. We’re steps from pristine, unpopulated Boggy Sand Beach which is the northernmost part of Seven Mile Beach. Amongst the quietness at night, you can hear the waves breaking on the beach. With its own beautiful pool and lush gardens, Windsong is a private sanctuary all its own.

Each beautifully furnished apartment has 1,700 sq. ft. of spaciousness. There’s plenty of room for your family and/or friends. The upper units have a large balcony with a pool view. The garden level units have a comfortable patio to relax and is just a few feet from our custom pool and professionally landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there are plenty of linens and beach towels. Attention to detail is clear throughout the property.

Spacious with open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto the balcony or patio which overlooks the beautiful gardens and pool.

The master bedroom with king size bed has doors that also lead onto the patio area and has an en-suite bathroom.

Second bedroom with a luxurious queen bed.

A Double and Twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. (Some units have two twin beds that open to full size)

Washer and dryer in the unit’s laundry room.

Storage closet for your diving gear and sun loungers and umbrella.

**Sanitized Snorkel gear available for rent for $20/each set for the length of your stay.

Unfortunately our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Beryl and we had to fly out early. Property owner Julie was awesome and only showed concerns for our safety keeping us updated on the storms progress and when added flights opened up. Very responsive to our questions and great restaurant recommendations for the short time we visited. Thank you Julie for being a great host!

This was an excellent property to stay at on Grand Cayman. The location to the beach is excellent, we went back and forth all day. The unit was clean and the pool was a great escape.

Perfect Intro to the Cayman Islands
This was our first time using Vrbo and also our first time in the Cayman Islands, and this place did not disappoint. Our host Julie was lovely and easy to get in touch with if needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood a little off the beaten path (north end of 7 mile beach, away from the main shopping area and hotels further south). The condo was very clean and included all the amenities we wanted (washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, etc.). Would definitely stay there again, especially if we had more people besides just my spouse and me!

Great beach spot
Nice little spot that felt secluded but was only mere moments away from lots to do. So close to the dolphin and turtle center and within a 10min drive to all the restaurants and shops of Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The beach across the street was perfffectttt. It felt like our own private beach and the snorkeling from the shore was great. The place had all the beach amenities you could need and the pool area was perfect. The host lives right downstairs and was there upon arrival to help with checkin. Overall really great stay. Thank you!!

The property was very clean and the location was great. Julie was always available to answer questions or provide information. The beach was 100 feet from the place and it was nice to have a private pool on the property. We’re a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Awesome condo!
The condo very clean and well stocked. It was very close to the beach just across the boggy sand road through a private beach access. It was nice to have the private pool which was never crowded because it was just for the 4 Windsong units. Julie was awesome to work with, had good recommendations and was very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely return to this unit.

Great quiet spot
This is our 3rd time returning to this location. Quiet location just across street from private beach access with nice snorkeling spot about 150 yards swim. Grocery store close by. Parking is tight, but owner is very accommodating - was not an issue. Not “downtown”, but there are a few restaurant options around. Try Heritage kitchen…amazing local fish dishes!! Will book again!! Thanks!!

Perfect location on the best beach in Gran Cayman!!
Condo was perfect for our family. Steps to the best sandy beach and fun snorkeling. Had great beach gear and towels. Beds and pillows were comfy and kitchen had everything you need. Nice deck overlooking private pool. There is a grocery store and liquor store 2 minutes from Windsong, which was super convenient. Would absolutely stay again. Julie was great to deal with.

2nd time at Windsong
And just as perfect as the first in 2019! We had six of us, my best friend was able to join us at the last minute, originally booked for 5, but the space was enough for us to have a great time. We love it, we mostly went to the beach this time and didn't use the pool as much but it's still a wonderful setup. Julie had just ordered a new grill and we tested it out, works great. My group loved using the paddle board and doing some light snorkeling in the area. We would always come back if we stay in Grand Cayman.

Great Location
Windsong was a terrific location for our vacation as it was close to dive sites and our dive operator (Indigo Divers). Very convenient for grocery, restaurants, seven mile beach, etc. Taxi service and public bus was easy if we went a bit further and we did not need a rental car because of the great location. Condo had great amenities, cable (March Madness) and beach equipment. Highly recommend Windsong and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Very beautifully appointed and extraordinary proximity to the beach. The section of the seven mile beach this property has access to is the better section from my perspective, because of nearly no crowds. The sunsets were beautiful as were early morning walks. The property itself is very spacious and clean. Julie and Ruanik were super responsive for any needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again. Overall a great value considering seclusion, access to beach, amenities and cost.

Windsong #4 is part of a 4 unit building. Julie is great - helpful and a wealth of knowledge. The property is quiet. Across the street from the beach access and a short drive from the hustle and bustle areas. Grocery and liquor store is within walking distance. It worked out great and we'll do it again

Absolute Bliss!
Phenomenal…Julie is the most upfront, hands on & efficient property manager I have ever experienced. She is really on top of her game. The location, although not directly on the beach it is VERY close with gated access that worked out wonderfully for us. The location was PERFECT. The property itself is well furnished, very well provisioned with everything you need & then some. Restaurant’s nearby & grocery store was within walking distance. Weather was wonderful, a great time was had by all & we would definitely use this place again.
