Ideal stay!
The location was fantastic and we loved the private beach. We saw lots of turtles each day. The hosts were very responsive and the property was ideal for our large group. I highly recommend staying here and will return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Boggy Sands. Perfect amount of space for our 2 families with kids between 11 and 17. Tons to do at the beach, pool was a bit cold and in the shade the majority of the afternoon, but still a lovely space for grilling and hanging out. Bayside and the bar next to Dairy Queen are a must experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Starfish 1. The unit was perfect. It was spacious and very well equipped. The beach area was a short walk away and had everything you could need. Communication was excellent!

Fantastic
Excellent friendly service. Beautiful well stocked condo. Great beach with excellent snorkeling. Paddle boards and kayaks. Paddled to and snorkeled the kittiwake sunken ship. Of course excellent close scuba diving. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Family Vacation
Boggy Sands is 100% perfect for family vacations. The staff are easy going and very communicative. The condo is spacious and ultra modern which made our stay extremely comfortable with a 6 yr old, a 2 yr old and a 10 mo old. If you are a group of adults looking for luxury and fun this is also perfect. I would highly recommend this fantastic facility

Fabulous week at the perfect 4br condo on Seven Mile Beach. Great location convenient to everything. Easy beach access and a great pool. Excellent place for families. Our children didn’t want to leave. Already thinking about booking for next year.

Big Birthday Celebration
Boggy Sands/Starfish 1 is a beautiful property, immaculately maintained. Everyone we interacted with from check-in to check-out was kind, professional and helpful. The condo is so spacious and lovely, the rooftop perfect for sunset cocktails. The beach, a very short walk away, is private, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the wagons for grocery shopping just down the street, the prompt responses to our questions, and the recommendation to contact the amazing Floyd for our transportation. We had a wonderful time at Boggy Sands/Starfish 1!

Boggy Sands is the Best!
Second stay at Boggy Sands and it has only gotten better since our first visit in 2018. Clean well appointed condos with spectacular views from the roof. Close to supermarket for easy shopping. The beach club setup is new from before and really the highlight. Easy access to the private beach with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for all. Pristine waters of seven mile beach are hard to top. Will be back again next year.

Wonderful Stay at Boggy Sands
When looking for a place to stay in the Cayman Islands, there is only one place that I would recommend: Boggy Sands managed by Morne. From the moment we booked our stay, Morne was highly attentive and responsive to our family’s needs and interests. He took special care in making sure that my father, who uses a walker, would have easy access to the entrances. He provided us with recommendations for outstanding local shopping, cuisine and outings. Our stay at Boggy Sands offered it all!

Perfect Location with a Private Beach
We took a trip with 5 couples to celebrate a birthday and this property did not disappoint. House was exactly as pictured and kitchen was very well appointed with glassware, insulated cups for the beach, cookware, and even an air fryer. We thought we would cook more but we ended up walking up the street to Bayside for breakfast and mimosas almost every day. Jacques Scott liquor is also right there and there is a wagon to help you carry all your beverages! The private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas was steps away and soooo gorgeous. I already can’t wait to come back next year with family…any group would thoroughly enjoy this property.

Great Stay and EVERYTHING you need!
Just finished a week long stay with 2 families and had a great time. House was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The standout benefit of the place was that everything is provided (except food). We have not been in a rental that had absolutely everything in the house, kitchen, and outside. We didn't need to bring life jackets, floats, coolers, or umbrellas. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo!
Our stay at the Boggy Sands Club was great! The unit is beautiful and so spacious and never felt like we were on top of each other! They have amazing appliances and thought of everything! The beach wagon and cooler bag were very useful for the beach especially with two kids! It’s in a great location, a very short walk to the beach as well as as the supermarket, liquor store and bayside cafe which was delicious! They were constantly in touch in the weeks leading up to the trip and answering any questions I had. We are looking forward to hopefully taking another trip and booking with them again!

These condos are just spectacular!
This is a 5 Star location! Love the attention to detail in every space. It’s truly like walking into a spread from a coastal living magazine. Incredible! Easy walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store and several restaurants. The view of the ocean from the rooftop party space is beautiful. The property management is on top of everything. All we had to do was enjoy our stay... and enjoy, we did! Highly recommend Boggy Sands for your stay on Grand Cayman. We will be back as soon as possible.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING!
I was there for a week on a family vacation and every moment was amazing. The accommodations were spectacular and immaculate. When we weren’t enjoying the beautiful comforts of inside the condos or hanging in one of the cabanas or chairs by the pool, we were enjoying the spectacular beach just across the street from us. The condos were right next to a grocery store, so we were able to easily buy our own food and alcohol which was a great option to eating every single meal out. Plus we could hang out on the beautiful, spacious roofdeck (where there’s even a grill) and watch the sunset overlooking the ocean while drinking coctails. If I ever go back to Cayman we will stay here again in a heartbeat. Way better than any resort experience I’ve ever had!

Amazing Stay in Starfish 1!
WOW! This place is top notch! The unit and grounds are exactly as pictured. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and the Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Boggy Sands provides wagons you can use and take with you to the store. The beach is one of the best spots on the island. Alfanso, the beach attendant is amazing! He will set you up on the beach and keep the kids occupied with crafts and games. Shay and Ruaniek were great answering all of our questions right away. This is a special place and we can't wait to return!

Fully loaded, beautiful condo!
We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. Two families (kids ranged from 4-11) shared the condo and there was ample space. Any amenity you can think of was available. We loved the pool and appreciated that toys, floats and life jackets were provided. The beach was gorgeous and there were so many reefs to snorkel around. We fell in love with the family of six sea turtles that swam around every day. The condo was very convenient to Foster’s Market (grocery)- only one block away. Easy to do breakfast and sometimes lunch in and then dinner out. There is so much to explore on this stunning island and Boggy Sands was the perfect home base for us!

Amazing experience
Staying at Boggy Sands was an excellent choice for my family of 6 adults and 1 child. Communication with the property management team was clear and efficient from before we even arrived through check out. The unit we stayed in (Starfish 1) was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we could need. The grocery store was a short walk away and they even provided wagons to take with you which we used to transport groceries back. There were great restaurants nearby as well (walking distance as well as short drives). The private section of the beach was so nice and Alfonso took great care of us - even giving us a beginner paddle board lesson as it was our first time. The beach bus was stocked with tons of fun items and child toys. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cayman! Thank you for a great stay!

Paradise!!!
Boggy Sands was absolutely wonderful. There are trips that you go on and check them off the list as “visited.” This is one of those places that as your leaving you already have started planning your next return. The pool was a awesome and a lot of time was spent gathered around it visiting. Cocktails and sunsets from the rooftop were stunning. The beach was my favorite and most beautiful beach of all the ones i visited. Just hop on a float and relax. As for the condos, they could not have been more perfect. State of the art amazing open kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were big and spacious. I don’t normally write reviews, but considering how much i enjoyed this place i had to share my experience.
