A great place to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility while taking in the perpetual sounds of the ocean waves! This is a real island vacation villas. Palm trees on the beach, a beach that is never crowded, swimming pool in adjacent courtyard, roosters crowing on occasion, a long shoreline running into Barkers State Park for scenic walks, and West Bay; local island experience.

This is not a busy, box-hotel on Seven Mile Beach; no cars whizzing by either. A roomy, one bedroom condo with a king size bed, central a/c, granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, full size oven, microwave, crock pot, toaster oven, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, Apple TV, cable TV, beach towels, linens, a few pool toys, on premises BBQ grill, blender for your island drink creations along with patio furniture to sit and enjoy an up close ocean view while listening to the lazy tide roll in. Ahhhh!

Calls to and from USA are free. Magic Jack phone in the unit.

Cayman law; every rental must provide a "meet/greet" person and that person is Julie. She will greet you when you arrive and open the doors and give you a tour of the property. Any questions you may have she will be there to assist not only when you arrive but throughout your stay. She is also in charge of housekeeping and she knows almost everything about the Pappagallo and the island! Need a rental car? I have a few options.

Stroll out to the end of the dock and relax while taking in the ocean. Take a walk down the beach into Barkers State Park, star gaze, check out the swimming pool or walk "37 steps to the beach".
Decisions, decisions...so much for "nothing to do"!!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stayed at Parrot 6, the condo was clean, well equipped with kitchen essentials, the bed was extremely comfortable & the location was great. The grounds & the pool are very well kept, the view of the ocean from the condo was lovely & the beach was just a few steps out the front door. Being in this location gave us a quiet retreat away from some of the busier areas of the island while still being just a quick 10-15min drive away, I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this area. Overall great accommodations, I would stay here again if we have the chance to return to Grand Cayman!

We had a great time, Julie and Greg were great at communicating, the unit itself is very clean and organized and we enjoyed the views and the breeze from the ocean. You will need a car to get around and we did most of the cooking ourselves so can't recommend any of the restaurants

Beautiful Quiet Property
My husband and I booked just a couple nights very last minute due to some changes in our travel dates, but the property was lovely. The beach is beautiful and the condo very clean and cozy. Thank you for accommodating us and we will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time staying at one of the VRBO's @ Papagallo Villas, always a great experience. If you want a quiet place away from the crowds of 7-Mile, this is it. Lot's of great restaurants within 9 minutes (Tukka, Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch, even a Domino's pizza for the kids, all out in West Bay)

View to the ocean directly from the front seating area is amazing. Long walks along a stunning beach which you have almost to yourself. Easy parking, short walk to the apartment. You do need a car as there is really nothing close (aside the Italian restaurant across the street). Unit was very clean, had everything you need for a relaxed vacation stay.

Quiet Getaway
Nice, clean property with a laid back local vibe. Beautiful area with easy access to snorkel and dive area. Also close to Cayman Turtle Center (great place to take the family). Owner of the property (Greg) was great helping with checkin and recommendations for the area. Sandy (on-site property manager) was very friendly and helpful as well. If you are looking for a quiet laid back place in paradise, this property checks all the boxes.

Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views. Very quiet and peaceful just as we wanted. Well maintained pool with great lounge chairs and umbrellas. There were also chairs available on the beach. Having a 5 star restaurant acroos the street was a real plus. The Sunday brunch is amazing. A wonderful 2 week stay. Thanks to Julie for help with luggage and showing us around condo. Greg’s home is our favorite on the Island Just a few short steps to the beach which is never crowed as it is not open to the public The place was fully equipped and very well done Julie makes the welcome just as easy as can be Best to rent a car as West Bay is a 15 Minute drive from Seven Mile Beach area Best restaurant on the island is a few feet across the street for a great meal

Quiet Romantic Getaway
This property was an amazing place to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The beach was unbelievably quiet and yet the island was small enough that we were able to get to restaurants and other attractions easily. We snorkeled right off the end of the pier on site. The view from the porch was spectacular. What a rare opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and soak up the beauty of the beach.

The Perfect Cayman Condo
Parrot 6 @ Pappagallo was everything as advertised and more! The condo was extremely clean and had lots of amenities to help make our stay comfortable. The location and view of the sea were breathtaking!! Literally just a few steps to the beach for all day relaxation and beautiful sunsets. This was the perfect place and space for my husband and I to enjoy our week in paradise. I highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

I had another great stay at Villa Pappagallo and highly recommend it. I received an email in advance of arriving and was given contact information and a warm welcome from the host. The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. The property manager, George, was a huge help when I left the lights on in my rental car (twice) and the grounds were beautiful, as always. Two thumbs up.

Excellent condo in West Bay
Amazing place for a quiet beach get away in West Bay. There was never more than 5 other people on the beach throughout our stay. Super quiet and you can easily access the rest of the island by car. Greg and Sandie provided all the information needed to ensure a smooth arrival and stay. I will be visiting Grand Cayman multiple times this year and this will be the first place I look to book for each return. Thank you so much!
