We need a lot of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our group and because we are gathering to prepare full thanksgiving meal we also need a kitchen with space. The many bedroom options and 2 kitchens worked great for us! House was clean and location was beautiful on the pond! We would stay again and found everything to be easy and no issues to report. "

"I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!"

"This house was perfect for our stay in Cape Cod with our family of 5 which includes 3 adult children. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Nice and close to 3 beaches with about a 10-15 minute drive. The house itself was clean with a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pot, pans and utensils. The only thing missing was utensils for the grill but we made do. There was a ring camera on the back deck which I guess is for security. All in all we had a great stay at this home and...

"What a fun time for my whole family! This charming beach cottage is beach themed decorated and so classy. The host was very friendly and got back to us immediately when we had questions. It was so easy and relaxing to have everything in one place (beach is literally steps away). My teenagers had just as much fun as my little kids. Had wine on the balcony of the master bedroom with my wife --with an amazing view of the ocean--this place is a homerun. Cant wait to return!"

"We truly enjoyed our time at the Cape. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with new kitchen appliances. In a nice neighborhood. Only a few issues. Clothes dryer did not work. Upstairs toilet flushing mechanism was tricky. And downstairs dehumidifier had no instructions and would have overflowed had we not discovered that it drained into a closet. "This is a lovely property near Mashpee. It is very close to the beach and part of a larger resort community. Very convenient to other areas (most of the Cape is within an hour's drive--Ptown slightly longer). Extremely quiet and comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cozy. "

"Very easy to find and warm and welcoming, just like the pictures. We cooked some meals and went to several beaches, all beautiful with lovely weather. There was tons of wildlife around the property and time was spent at the pond as well as bird watching on the great deck. "We liked the privacy of this small house near the pond (it may not be the best for swimming, but perfect for kayaking and for the views). Outdoor shower, the kayak, clean comfortable bedding, and Vacasa's responsiveness to our questions were high positives. The interior is rather very outdated, but if you expect a cabin - not a luxurious mansion, you won't be disappointed "
