House Boat 'Leseinsel Helena' with Lake View

Your reading island, your book ship or your glamping in the water?

Our classic houseboat Helena is a Dutch canal old-timer, built in 1974
and is moored in the harbor of Wesenberg (for you at the jetty).

Idyllic, romantic, cozy, comfortable, rustic, natural, 5-star camping ..... all attributes apply to our Helena if you are not looking for a luxury resort, but a small, extraordinary vacation accommodation.

1 berth is in the bow berth, 2 berths can be found in the large stern cabin below deck (French bed). In the saloon there is a bench seat with a folding bed for families with 2 children.

Children: Small children in the boat by the water and on the water are a real challenge, but there is plenty of fun for swimming "rascals"!

Sanitary facilities: "small business" is possible in the on-board WC, shower and WC for the boat occupants and canoeists are in the riverside garden.

Heating: if required, an electric heater and shore power can be used on cool nights.

Pets: a small dog will not disturb anyone and does not have to be approved, but for all other pets there are very good offers from our neighbors.

Advertising for Wesenberg and the Mecklenburg Lake District is - in the best proverbial sense - carrying water into the stream.
No other German region offers more unspoiled nature and space for leisure and recreation than the Lake District. Promised and guaranteed!
