A detached house awaits you in the south of Wenningstedt. Away from hustle and bustle, this lovingly furnished holiday domicile invites you to a special family vacation for up to 5 people and a dog. The house extends over 2 levels with approximately 110 m² of total space on the ground and upper floors (no basement).
Domicile layout:
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entrance area, where you have access to the wardrobe and the garden.
The perfectly equipped kitchen with ceramic induction hob, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee filter machine, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother invites you to cook together or chat at the beautiful wooden table with family or friends. With Teufel's Raumfeld system, you can play your own music via WLAN. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine, clothes rack, and iron with an ironing board.
The light-flooded and tastefully designed living area with a modern corner sofa offers you access to the garden. Of course, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-Ray player, Sky Bundesliga, a Wii with games, and also Teufel's Raumfeld system are available here.
You can sleep wonderfully in the beautifully designed bedroom, which provides you with a box spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet lets you start the day perfectly. Also on the ground floor is a second bathroom with a walk-in XXL shower, double washbasin, and toilet.

The upper floor is divided into two lovingly furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom offers you a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a cozy reading corner to relax. The second bedroom has a box spring single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The rooms on the upper floor are equipped with high-quality, modern carpentry and offer you enough storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
In the rear part of the house, accessible via the garden, there is a spacious sauna with a shower.

To immediately get into the vacation mood, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: upon your arrival, the beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of €25 per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: for hygienic reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

We also want to inform you: on the island of Sylt, a tourist tax is levied for adult guests. We calculate this tax with your booking and remit it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. With your booking, we charge a fee of €29.
