One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor you will find the bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.
The house is constantly kept in the best condition. The last partial renovation took place at the beginning of 2024. The new, high-quality box spring beds guarantee the highest level of sleeping comfort. A new privacy wall, which also serves as a windbreak, gives you the necessary privacy on the terrace and protects you from North German storms.
On the first floor, an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a Weber electric grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the marina.

The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
