For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the two-storey, 68 m² holiday home offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace and a dry sauna for 2 people.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other has two single beds (90x200cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both rooms have blackout windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for up to 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area has seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a free car parking space at the house.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea and the marina. Your dog is very welcome. Whether it's balmy summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or chilly winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and natural surroundings at any time of year.

The Marina Wendtorf is undergoing a transformation, which is why construction activities are possible in the surrounding area, but these have already been largely completed. The adventure promenade directly at the harbour has recently been opened. The restaurant "Ahoy - Steffen Henssler" now caters for your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighbouring ice cream parlour. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
