A frame 2 bedroom cottage with pull out sleeper, washer and dryer, fully remodeled with air conditioning, fully furnished with all necessary appliances, wireless WIFI and outdoor fire pit area. Detached large garage fully remodeled into game room and bar with air conditioning. Game room has a bar, ping pong table, fuzball table, arcade machines,full size shuffleboard table, juke box and dart boards. Property also has a cook shack with ventilation system for grilling year around with a Traeger pellet
smoker and a Weber gas grill. Cottage is within walking distance of the Pine River. ORV trails, canoeing, hiking, fishing, skiing and golfing.

Host communication Awesome! Game room amazing!!
Very comfortable stay!! Cutest cabin decorated beautifully. The grilling shack is amazing!! The grandkids loved the gaming garage!! They (actually all of us) played games all day on the rainout day, we were here for a baseball tournament. So relaxing. We would love to go back sometime!! The host is so ptompt in answering questions!! I would definitely call him a super host🏆! Would highly recommend this cabin. The heated bathroom floors are awesome.

The pictures don’t do justice, it was much better than anticipated. John the owner was very responsive & accommodating. We will 100% return. The game room is a huge bonus especially if you have kids. This place is within walking or biking distance to the pine river. Very secluded.

Great ski weekend
We had a lot of fun. The property is super close to Caberfae and 40 minutes to Crystal Mountain. Very clean cabin with a really fun game garage. Kitchen had everything and bathroom had a heated floor!!

Ski trip to Caberfae
We absolutely loved this rental! We were coming up for a few days of skiing at Caberfae and the rooms were all booked. It worked out in our favor though because we fell in love with this property. It was less than 15 minutes to Caberfae and was incredibly clean and cozy. The cook shack and game room were amazing additions. We spent our evenings/nights grilling and hanging out playing games and watching football. I plan to recommend this rental to friends and family and hope to be back at some point in the future! The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We had a few questions upon arrival and he was quick to respond. The Dublin General store he recommended was also less than 15 minutes away and had all the groceries we needed along with so much more. We truly have zero complaints and were very happy with our stay!

Beautiful property and cabin

Just what we needed!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! We came out for our anniversary to just get away from life and relax. We went canoeing on the pine river and it was a perfect weekend with all the trees at peak color change for fall. The cabin was great and the game room amazing! Just what we needed to recharge so thank you! We will certainly be back!

we always pick a location to get us to the motorcycle trails. about 3 miles if dirt road takes you directly to the Lincoln Hills trail system. perfect!

We had an awesome time! The house is clean and has so many extras - the owners have really put a lot of special touches to make your stay awesome!! Thanks - everything from the extra tp to the zero gravity outdoor chairs for stargazing was greatly appreciated!! FYI - If you are visiting and go at night….GPS gets you most of the way there keep straight and look for the address on a reflective green post to the left just before the bend - make the left n it’s just past the stop sign. Thanks again to the Petersons for sharing their awesome space! Oh and the folks up at the Pine River General store were awesome too!!

Wonderful escape from home!
This house has everything a family with any age kid would need to keep them occupied! Super clean and great accommodations. The owner was very responsive and helpful. House is super close to state trails so we could easily go riding. Thank you again for a great weekend!

Amazing A-Frame Nestled in the Woods!
Amazing A-Frame cabin nestled on a quiet property in the woods. Super-clean place, easy check-in, fun amenities! Minutes away from the Pine River and National Forest Land. Close driving distance to Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our family of boys loved it and we would definitely stay again!

Secluded cabin near ORV trails
We are a family of 7 that booked this cabin to be close to the ORV trails. The cabin was VERY clean and extremely comfortable. It is stocked with anything you could need. The Game Room was a favorite and the guys enjoyed cooking in the Grill shack. Will definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem!

Great ski weekend hub
This was our second stay and we again loved it! John was helpful and made sure the place was ready when we arrived. It’s a short drive to Caberfae which made it great for our family of skiers/boarders coming and going as desired. The game garage was again a highlight of our stay.
