Open kitchen concept with seating, 3 TV's to enjoy. The kitchen island seats four, and the dining area in Sun Room is perfect for workspace and meals at home. Outdoor grill, enjoy sunny mornings, with walking paths.

The sunroom has a panoramic view of the greenery and a sectional to put your feet up after a long day at the club, pool, or beach. Minutes away from Wells, Footbridge, and Ogunquit beaches.

Walk to all Amenities, and there are plenty of them! 4 Pickleball Courts, Tennis, Bocce, Putting Green, Shuffle Board, a Large Resort Style Adult pool with a hot tub, 1 Large children's pool, a walking pool, a wave pool. Clubhouse with kitchen, TV, bar, and card games to join or visit the 24/7 Exercise Studio for a workout or class.

Many activities to sign up for include card games, contests, bands, dancing for all, Tiki Bar, outdoor fire pits, and a barbecue.
