Our Happy Place -- Updated Beach Dreams Cottage

Our newly-updated and renovated cottage is both a tranquil retreat and a convenient jumping-off point for your southern Maine vacation. Explore the pristine beaches of Wells and Ogunquit, dive into the invigorating waves, stroll the Marginal Way, sample the best lobster rolls in the world, sing your heart out at The Front Porch, catch a star at the Ogunquit Playhouse, or window-shop the unique shops of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Or simply relax and enjoy Beach Dreams and its amenities, including a pool and newly updated hot tub, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. You will be planning your return trip before your vacation ends!

PLEASE NOTE THAT LINENS/TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. AS A CONVENIENCE FOR OUR GUESTS, WE CAN PROVIDE LINENS/TOWELS FOR A FEE WITH TWO WEEKS NOTICE.

A very happy stay.
Pretty beach decor. The three of us had our own space to sleep and we loved the sunroom for early morning breakfast and games at night. We had everything we needed. Thank you.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
This place was perfect! I stayed for a week with my 2 kids, ages 14 and 8. The hosts literally have this place stocked with everything you could possibly need. Games and puzzles, full kitchen to grill or cook, comfortable beds, and the decor is so beachy and fun, but very tasteful. We are already talking about going back next summer! Close to beaches and all the restaurants and shops. Thanks for hosting us!!

Wonderful and relaxing accommodations
Very clean and enjoyable. Had everything and more than what we could need. My son is a writer and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well kept. So close to anything you may need or enjoy. Looking forward to staying again❤️

We had a great stay at Beach Dreams! The kids loved walking down to the pool/club house each day and the property was as described. Perfect location to downtown and beaches while being tucked back behind Post rd. Would stay again, thanks!

The Perfect Family Cottage
We absolutely loved our stay! Vanessa was a very easy owner to work with and ensured we had all we needed. We have two young kids (one and three) and the cottage was a perfect size for the four of us. The space was clean, the neighbors were respectful and friendly. Salt water Cafe across the street is one of the best eateries in Wells. We always look for a spot in Beach Dreams when we visit and Vanessa was our best host yet!

Cozy cottage
Overall, this place was fine for a short stay, but it was a bit cluttered with trinkets, there were some toilet issues from the moment we arrived, and one of the bedspreads smelled musty. It was a bit tedious to sort through the host's paperwork before gaining access to the property, too. Hosts were fantastic and responded quickly, though. Great welcome binder in the cottage helped us enjoy a pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen. High-quality TV. Thanks!

Very Nice Cottage

Cozy Cottage
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and the perfect size for our group of four. The full kitchen was terrific for breakfast (and even a dinner). The kids enjoyed playing tennis, and the hot tub, fitness center and game room, were nice attractions. Good location, close to Kennebunk, Ogunquit, York. Several beaches in quick driving distance - closest maybe a mile and a half walk. We also enjoyed the mini golf course just down the street. Everything was as described, and communication was quick and easy. Thank you to Vanessa and Brian. Overall, a fun, relaxing getaway!

Weekend Getaway
The Beach Dreams cottage was a great base for exploring Ogunquit and very comfortable. While the cottage is compact, it is well organized and we found both the living room area and screen porch great places to hang out and talk. Vanessa and Brian were very responsive when we had questions.

Beach Dreams stay.
The cottage was centrally located, close to many restaurants and other conveniences. The owners have a nicely decorated and well provision property with every convenience renters would need and expect. They were readily available and quickly responded to our only question concerning entertainment. We truly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others. It is not totally private with a good number of children playing around the cottage but that was not an issue for us. We would have no problem returning and feel it was a good rental at a reasonable price.

Sweet Coastal Cottage in Wells
We have stayed at the Beach Dreams cottage community twice before and knew what to expect, it is a great place to stay when in the Wells/Ogunquit area. The community is quiet, family friendly and close to everything. There is a nice pool, and clubhouse as well. Vanessa and Brian have renovated their cottage and all the beautiful details made it a happy and relaxing place to call "home". From the easy check- in process to the cleanliness to the thoughtful bottle of wine upon arrival, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything you need is there. We hadn't been on a proper getaway in 3 years and my husband and I had a fantastic visit. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a cozy house
Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful stay. The house was very cozy, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings for breakfast. Close to many beaches and beautiful destinations. We will miss our stay and hope to come back.
