Charming condo in Wells, ME close to Wells Beach and Drakes Island Beach. This is a first floor condo that has a full bathroom with a bedroom living/area with a pullout Murphy (queen size) bed. Kitchen area and screened in porch area. The club house has an indoor year round pool with an entertainment area. Condo will sleep 2 people and pets are NOT allowed.
