Property not fit to be stayed in....tonnes of mould in the bedroom right next to the bed and now my daughter is sick from it, none of us used the shower as that too was filthy, no air-conditioning nor fans to help with the mugginess and not sound proof either so heard the trucks throughout the night. Sent photos to the host to point out the mould and uncleanliness but no response. Seeking refund as this was an important event I had surprised my elderly mum and daughter with but we were horrified from when we first walked in. Constantly had to ask host for checkin details too which was stressful. This was the first time using this app to book accommodation too so not at all happy.
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2024
