Magnificent Miramar

Small tidy 2 bedroom self-contained apartment. Across the road from a busy café, 10mins walk from the weta cave and 3minutes way from the nearest beach!

Bus stops right outside the door from the city (so it does get noisy) and just across the road to the quirky Wellington CBD!

Miramar itself is pretty funky with our own cinema and amazing eateries! Plenty of street parking and our streets are wide, so no stress there.

There are always electric scooters all over Wellington and you will find a bunch in Miramar.

Heading to and back from the city is easy with public transportation. The city will keep you entertained for hours with the likes of the Te Papa Museum, the amazing stores to shop from, book stores shoe stores. There is an abundance of places to eat, we have a bunch of favourites, so we don't mind sharing our spots to check out!

There is always something going on in Wellington, if it's not the inner city entertainment, there's tones of places to explore in and around Wellington!

What a gem!
We’ve loved this wonderful small apartment. It was Perfect for our needs. Beautifully presented with nice pantry basics provided, quality linen and an awesome shower, this apartment is on the bus route into Wellington CBD and provided good value accommodation at less than $60 per person per night. Great little find
We loved the location as it was close to my husbands parents and plenty of shops and restaurants are close by. The space was great, as was having a washing machine and dryer as we were on a 3- stop holiday. We would suggest perhaps fitting darker curtains or blinds on the windows at the front of the property as the location is quite light even late in the evening. Otherwise lots of great facilities. Thank you!

Lovely compact apartment. Had everything we needed. I suspect there is little insulation making the heat pump & dehumidifier essential, but we were comfortable & warm. We did add extra blankets to the double bed. Very pleasant accommodation & happy to recommend it.

Handy location. All we needed
Very handy location to the airport. Suited my husband and I well. We caught bus to city and avoided the nightmare traffic. Lots of good eateries and supermarket etc nearby. Accommodation is quirky. I think a shop converted to flat so unusual layout but we were comfortable and slept well. Thanks for the great stay and little treats you left us!

Little cutie
This is a sweetie, reminded me of beach bach. Basic but adequate for short stays. Great having bus right outside and cafe over road. Only comment from friends, no wine glasses, and could do with blinds on windows. Good kiwi no frills, cheap acomodation.

The only thing was no windows and with the heat made it hard for me to breath cause I'm a big man.
Was good even with the bus stop right out side it was OK I think the electric buses made it nice.All and all a good stay. Thank you.

Great quirky little place
The bach was clean and tidy, well equipped with all the essentials. We booked with our two dogs and there were dog bowls available when we checked in as well as a packet of treats. We travelled down after finishing work so checked in very late and the host had the lights on, curtains drawn and the air conditioning on. We felt very welcome. The Cafe across the road is an absolute gem, coffee 20 metres from the door. Just a few minutes drive to a dog friendly beach. You won't regret booking this little bach for your stay.
