Only 2.8 miles from WEF, our Wellington home is perfect for equestrians, families or those just looking for home away from home while in the area. We don't use the word home lightly - this is our residence when we are in Wellington, so no detail has been overlooked. Complete with comfortable floor plan with renovated kitchen & baths. Details include hi-speed WIFI, Netflix/Amazon/Cable TV, smart-home technology & new high capacity washer/dryer.

Screened patio area is perfect for relaxing poolside, both day & night.

Our home is full family friendly with child safety features, super-fast WIFI and more. We’re fully stocked with:

Linens - high quality bath towels, sheets & pool towels

Kitchen Supplies - New pots, pans, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, silverware, spices and more.

Entertainment - 55” 4K HD television, Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable TV.

Pool/Patio - Weber grill, plush lounge chairs and table, additional seating/tables, pool floats/toys/slide and child safety fence.

Other Stuff - The house is FULLY DECKED for your adventures as we include coolers, beach blankets, beach toys, beach umbrellas and all other stuff.

Kid Friendly - We have two children and our home is stocked with things to help make your visit easier. We have a travel crib, bouncer and height chair for > 1 year and books, toys, anti-roll-out bed border, training potty and more for older kids.

Safety - Xfinity home security system, Schlage locks and NEST smoke/CO2 detectors

*NOTE* There is a security camera in the pool area located above the grill and a RING doorbell on the front door. Both are positioned for security ONLY.

Family Visit
We stayed at this lovely home in November. It was the perfect location for adults of all ages to come together. We have family on both coasts of FL and this location was very close to our Lake Worth folks. The house is lovely, very comfortable and quite easy for our 80+ crowd to navigate. The outdoor space was lovely and we gathered on the patio each. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly
This property is a win for families!! We loved the pool and a park just a few houses down the street. The house was perfect for my 4 and almost 2 year old grandkids. Lots of toys and everything you need for a home away from home. Matt was awesome keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely recommend this home!!

Perfect Horse Show Stay!
We had a wonderful time in Matt’s home. All of the amenities were set up perfectly for our group with adults and a toddler. Our daughter LOVED all of the toys, kid friendly cutlery, pool toys and safety items like the helmet and life jacket and the pack n play. This house is fully equipped to handle families with kids and we loved that we didn’t have to overpack and figure out logistics of traveling with a toddler. Matt was extremely attentive and communicative, the best host I have ever had through rental sites. We appreciated his hospitality and look forward to staying here next time we visit Wellington. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Great Place to Stay!
This rental home worked out perfectly! The online pictures were accurate. The homeowner was thoughtful and he checked in with us to ensure all was going well. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding area is very pleasant with shopping nearby. We will definitely stay at this home again when visiting this area!

We had a great stay at this property. Our family lives in Florida and we hadn't been to visit since 2019, and now that we know we have a great option for stays - we will be planning more trips! The house was perfect for a family, with so many kid-related amenities. I was shocked to see the amount of toys (even though it's in the description) and our kids LOVED playing at the house when we needed a break from the heat or thunder storms. Matthew was very communicative, answered all our questions, and even helped with a minor issue we had. Thank you so much for providing such a warm, welcoming space for families.

Nice place
Nice property that may our needs. Plenty of room for all of us, and the patio is separated into a few different areas. Weather permitting, it's a great place to relax. Would have been nice to know about the sprinklers schedule. Also would have been better with soft water. The sprinklers came on and made our vehicles need to be washed again. I realize we are not the "typical" VRBO renter. We travel with 2 full size pickup trucks, so neither would fit in the garage. Aside from those minor things(which are the norm in rentals), we definitely found the house to be better than adequate.

Family holiday in a wonderful house.
The BEST holiday home we have stayed in! Very helpful host, friendly and welcoming. The house is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is a good size and we used it every day! Perfect stay for family
If you are traveling with your family - leave everything at home bc they have it all! We traveled with a 7 year old, 3 year old, and almost 4 month old. The kids had plenty to keep them occupied and everything from bouncer, pack and play, and play mat for the baby. We highly recommend this home in Wellington

Perfect place for a relaxing family getaway
The property was absolutely perfect for my family and was located in a nice neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for an extended vacation with two young kids and it even had a playground a few houses down. Matt was a great host and always accessible if we had any questions. Knowing the pool had the option of a safety fence gave us peace of mind and our kids even learned to swim by the time we left. It was hard to leave, but we will definitely be back!
