"Only the hansedom was good. Hotel Wyndham should have granted one time access to sports swimming pool. We have to pay for everything. nothing is complimentary. "

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. "After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."
