"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the...

"Family of 4, traveling with two tall teenagers. This was perfect for us. Easy to find. Clean. Beds mostly comfortable. Only downside was no parking, but it's to be expected in Europe."

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"Terrific little property only a few hundred metres from the Central Train station and an easy 15 to 20minute walk to the Old Town/Market Square. The excellent Sillpark Shopping Centre is also only 200m away, so the location is excellent. Just be aware the property has no elevator so you will need to use the stairs."

"Really lovely hotel in a hugely convenient location. Beautiful interiors and breakfast was great too. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - perfect customer service. "Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "

"Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. But definitely good for use of public transport "
