"The property was one of the cheapest online ,so i wasnt expecting much ,but i will say is i was completely surprised, very clean and the room was large with very good linen ,who every is in charge is keeping the price low and turn over is the key ,well done to the staff and management. "

"It is a good place to stay if you are bringing your family and the place is close to a chemist, fuel, wide range of cafes and also the National Dinosaur Museum and Cockington green. The room was spacious and comfortable for a whole family and will definitely give this a return visit."
