"I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this was by far the most unhygienic and poorly maintained property I’ve ever encountered. The level of filth was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that proper cleaning is not a priority for the owner. The bathroom was a disaster – mould in the shower, grime everywhere, and worst of all, poo stains left in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. "Not a good start when the key pick up information was incorrect. The bed was the hardest I have ever encountered and the blankets in the wardrobe were dirty and smelly, lipstick marks on wine glasses, oven trays greasy, oven door full of crumbs. Not one dessert or soup spoon in the cutlery drawer. Couldn't find a way to get the roller blinds in bedrooms up and down. No instructions for oven, microwave etc. No free to air tv channels, only u tube. Furniture was old and plastic/tin... very cheap...

"Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of."
