"In der Unterkunft waren sehr viele Spinnweben und Staub, auch war der Kosmetikeimer nicht geleert. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgerichtet, aber es gibt in der Küche nur 2 Töpfe und leider waren auch Stuhlbeine nicht vollständig verschraubt und bei einem Tisch fiel ein Tischbein ab. Es gab auch kein Wohnzimmer in dem Haus was man nicht herstehen konnte. Leider enttäuschend"

"Die Betreuung des Objektes war nicht so, wie ich es kenne! Fernseher oben funktioniert nicht. Außenbereich war in keinem schönen Zustand "

"The location was perfect for exploring the Hunebed Center, just a short drive away, The bungalow had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, We appreciated the garden view from the terrace—it was a lovely spot for morning coffee,"

"Took up to an hour for the owner to arrive to give us the key into the home. I called the provided number twice to be hung up on (as I only speak English). The owner was able to bring a younger adult to translate. The home is mostly advertised for its hot tub and sauna. My grandmother had planned to use the king-sized bed downstairs; however, I realized she would hurt herself if she need to use the bathroom at night. The drop-down stairs to the second floor bedroom were in the way of her door....

"Wir waren das zweite Mal über Silvester da. Nach dem Trubel über die Feiertage hat man hier wirklich viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und sehr sauber. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ort um Brötchen zu holen oder das nötigste im kleinen Supermarkt. Auch Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Leider gab es kein ( geöffnetes) Café. Ditzum ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort. Auch ein Besuch in Leer lohnt sich. "

"Wir, eine Gruppe von Menschen mit Handicaps und die Betreuer, haben unseren Urlaub in den Ferienhäusern 2 und 3 am Alten Schöpfwerk sehr genossen. Obwohl die Ausstattung ein wenig spartanisch ist, hat uns die Umgebung und das Flair des Objektes gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"It was the perfect place for our family of five to explore the Groningen area and our family's ancestry. The house was spacious, clean, quiet, and located right on a canal. We rented the boat and took it out on the lake one day. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside on one of the many decks surrounded by flowering bushes and plants. We wish we had more time to spend at the house and in the Kropswolde/Groningen area but hope to come back someday!"

"Ein schönes Haus, idyllisch am See gelegen. Zuwegung durch Schranken und bei zwei Autos und nur einem Zugangschip etwas unglücklich. Ansonsten aber ein perfektes Wochenende."
