"The house was very friendly. We had a beautiful view with the lake and a snowstorm that we were able to watch. It was great seeing the fisherman and the snowmobiles on the lake. Our group made some nice meals together and we really were relaxed. The home was very comfortable."

"My husband and I stayed at this clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment adjacent to the hosts' home for three nights to visit nearby attractions in Lenox, Pittsfield, Great Barrington, and Stockbridge. It was a wonderful property and the hosts couldn't have been nicer. We especially loved the gift basket prepared with some of their favorite area treats. "Perfect for our visit to our children and grand children. The lake is across the street with the marina next door. Rented a pontoon boat, at a discounted rate for beautiful day with the kids. Minor problem getting in initially, but resolved by Jeanne quickly. Note that this is a renovated lake residence which has a second story rental which can get a bit noisy and the bathroom is in the rear of the house with the bedroom in the front. Overall will be returning in the future."

My husband, who owns a Professional Organization business, was very pleased and impressed by the clever use of various storage options. The walkways were attractively and effectively lit up for evening strolls and dog walking. All instructions were clearly communicated and our stay was lovely"

"This location was perfect for hiking the AT. The trail is only a few feet from the front door. The backyard is very nice, and they had chairs and tables to sit out. The apartment was a nice size for two people. There was no tv, so we used our computer. The kitchen was great to have since we didn't plan on eating out every night. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hosts were great and very responsive. The fall colors made the trip extra special."

"We had an amazing long ski weekend at the Great Escape Ski Cottage. The listing is very accurate. Great communication with Shay. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The layout of the house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 4 children aged 4-9). One beautiful Master Bedroom on the first floor. Two of the other equally beautiful bedrooms are on the second floor. The linens were hotel quality! The "Kid's Quarters" was located off of the kitchen/laundry room. A playroom with multiple games...
