We really enjoyed our time staying here for my son's Basic Training and AIT graduation. It is very close to base and food. The property owner, Charles, was so nice and very helpful.
This was such a great place to stay and spend some much needed time with family who we don't get to see very often. It had enough room for everyone and all my family enjoyed it as much as I did. It was easy to get to which is a big plus in my book.
We really enjoyed this property! It was clean, quite and cozy. The location was great and Chuck the property owner was very professional and nice.Recommended adding tv to the master bedroom and the owner was willing to address the concern almost immediately.Hreat place we would book again if in the area!

Very nice host. Clean property and large enough for family and fiends. Large kitchen and porch for gatherings. Lots of beds and towels.
We received excellent communication with the property owner, and the check-in process was very smooth. He checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we had what we needed and overall we enjoyed our stay.
We were visiting for my granddaughters graduation for boot camp for GNG. Convienent to the base and plenty of room for all 8 of us. We had a great time and wish we would have stayed longer to visit some more of the Ozark and the local area.
Chuck was fantastic to deal with from start to finish! Great property when you have a large family! The house had everything we needed, a great deck to have a gathering and awesome owner to guide us on things to do in the area! If ever in Missouri again, I would definitely stay at Chucks place!
The house listing is just as described. When we arrived, the host was on site. He showed us around, with instructions. Home was very clean and comfortable. Was very close to Fort Leonardwood, which we were there for graduation. Would definitely recommend this home.

Army Graduation
Host, Mr. Charles was very pleasant. We were not aware that lower level could only be accessed from the outside. This would have been a major issue if children were present. Fortunately for us we only had adults. The property was sufficiently stocked, some of the cookware needs to be replaced. We appreciated the pet friendly status.
This house was perfect for our family of 12 for our son's basic training graduation. It was very convenient to Fort Leonard Wood base. This house was comfortable and cozy. Our only complaint would be that it's not deep cleaned. Surface cleaning was great, and sheets, towels, and floors all great. I would not turn on ceiling fan down stairs because it was covered in dust. Furniture and decor is older, but a true conversation piece type of house.Weird and Random stuff made us laugh in a good way. Overall this was better than I could have hoped and truly appreciate the host. Host was on property the whole time in the detached garage and kept to himself. He is an ex drill Sargent and was super nice. This place is very cost efficient and really perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend as long as you don't mind a little dust. It puts off a cabin/grandparents house. Down stairs has a separate entrance which we loved. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!
This house needs some major attention.
I had to clean the stove and oven front before cooking. Baking sheets were burnt and cabinets were sticky. I also cleaned around the floor and baseboards were I placed my dogs food/water bowls.
The carpet was gross. For a rental with pets accepted, laminate would be best to reduce additional smells.
The master bedroom/bathroom the sink cabinet frame had fallen off. The basement has additional rooms, which we planned to use, but it was extremely musty/moldy.
Outside appearance was the best part. Nice deck and yard. The shrubs at the entrance needed so major trimming as we keep hitting them in going in/out of the house.

Great home, everything you could need, with a friendly and helpful owner.
Chuck was pleasant from the moment we arrived. He gave us a tour of the home and showed us where everything was. The main floor and basement were separated like two apartments and that was a nice surprise for us as we had two families traveling together and we all got our own space. In addition, we were traveling with my disabled veteran father who is a smoker. As soon as Chuck noticed his gait, he went and got a chair with a comfortable seating pad for my dad to sit in in the garage. My dad thought he was wonderful and he is not always easy to please. He had friendly conversation about the area and was knowledgeable.
Everything you could think of was provided here. He had all cleaning supplies, many toiletries, access to a washer and dryer, coffee bar. It really was like a home away from home.
The beds were very comfortable! There are accommodations for much more than 6 people. Multiple tv’s had access to directTV satellite service, including one of the bedrooms, which helped for my dad who is accustomed to sleeping with a tv.
I would highly recommend staying here. It was a short distance from Fort Leonard Wood. If you are looking to enjoy a family day, this is a great set up. He even had all you could need for a grill or cookout. Thank you, Chuck.

We stayed two nights and it was fantastic. The home is located fairly close to Ft. Leonard Wood. My soldier was especially impressed by the bathrooms but that might be due to the accommodations she has had over the past nine weeks. Chuck was great at communicating. I loved that I didn't need to bring anything extra. I will definitely be booking here again for any future trips to the area.
