Very Cozy
We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris.

As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home! It’s clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities you will ever need are there for you. Everything in the home is top quality and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed our stay at the downtown Villa so much, we didn’t want to leave! I have to mention Chris, the Host of the property, he was so accommodating in every way. Can’t thank you enough Chris for making our Trip amazing. Aloha and Mahalo, Chris, Maui Hawaii

Perfect!
We were in Waxhaw for a family vacation and this house was ideal. It is located within walking distance of everything that Downtown Waxhaw has to offer. The host addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Our family was important to him. We would stay here in the future.

Great place to stay in Waxhaw!
I was visiting family for the holidays and stayed for a month, and the stay was excellent. The house is amazing - seems brand new, very comfortable, all kinds of amenities and nice touches, plenty of room, new furniture and appliances, etc. Waxhaw is a great place to stay - I love to walk, and there is so much to experience within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owner is very accessible and helpful. The only drawbacks are the parking is tricky at times, and the TV setup (Roku) is a bit wonky, but those are minor points.

Downtown Villa is a beautiful home in a great location! My parents came with us to visit our daughter at college. The house is very comfortable with lots of space to relax and fellowship...cook, play games, read a book, watch TV or whatever you desire...with lots of shopping and great places to eat nearby. We'll definitely be back!
