"Nice place that needs a few upgrades to be Outstanding! Quite and comfortable stay during the week of Thanksgiving. Welcome gifts were a very nice touch! Issue with the show hot water - even thought the heater is set at 150 degrees, we had to set the valve at all hot to get a warm shower."

"My families stay at this Midland property was great. The place was clean and ready. Easy check-in and plenty of space for my spouse and daughter. Marie was very responsive and made sure we recieved the correct door code. If i need to stay in the area i will check for this listing. "

"The place was nice, but it was very cold during our stay and operating the central heat and air was very confusing. Also, we could have used more blankets on the bed as it was very cold trying to sleep at night. The coffee maker uses 12 cup cones not round filters.round filters."
