"Spotless, love the bed."

"This hotel lives up to its name, Comfort Suites, despite the check-in staff woman, who was efficient but not personable nor inviting. The facility is tucked away from the busy & loud Harbison & Interstate traffic. The soft music & decorative aesthetics produced a really relaxing ambiance. The king bed suite was spacious and well furnished. Our stay was peaceful. Breakfast choices each morning were very good. Cleaning & maintenence staff were helpful, friendly and always on point with their duties. One older man is like an uncle, quietly walking around helping out, checking on different things & people. We will definitely stay again."

"Latrell was wonderful, she made our stay very enjoyable and made adjustments for us to get my mom into the room quickly as she is battling cancer and very tired and weak. She genuinely seemed to care about our family and the entire desk staff were very nice and helpful! Food was good especially the pancakes which I was not expecting. We did have to wait a bit for pans to be refilled because we are late sleepers but we will definitely stay there again! Spacious rooms too!"
