"We had a great time at the Rosewood last week. The house was very clean and spacious enough that all 9 of us had plenty of room. We especially loved the deck, fire pit and grill and used them every evening. Cathleen was very responsive with a community access issue and it was resolved very quickly. We all enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful home."

"Beautiful and very clean property! Great location in a safe community with plenty of things to do! About 20 minute drive to local attractions and shopping. "We enjoyed this property. The house was clean and as described. We had fun with the arcade games and there was space for everyone to relax. The north gate entrance was closed and the detour made getting around a little difficult. Other than that, we had a great time."

"The Fox Den was perfect for my husband and me. The chalet has a large, tastefully furnished great room with wonderful natural light, and a gourmet kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. Even with the weather not quite cooperating, we still enjoyed our stay. "

"The neighborhood and community amenities are beautiful and there is plenty to do! Unfortunately, the house was pretty unclean when we arrived. Water bottles and trash under beds, filled water guns in a dresser that leaked, the previous renters itinerary left out with personal info on it, dust and cobwebs in several areas. The house states it has air conditioning- it only has air in 2 bedroom window units. Downstairs and living areas get VERY hot in August, especially when cooking. Bring...

"Not baby proof at all.... Lots of stairs and stuff all around. If you have small children. I would not recommend but for older kids and adults it was great!"

"We went up for the Harford Fair which was a lot of fun! Additionally, the property allowed the children to run out their energy on the 12 acres. The home was comfortable and had stuff for the kids to do, board games, foosball, mini pool table, which was great since we did have a little rain. We would definitely stay again."
