"Stayed in a private double room, and couldn’t complain about a thing! Loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoy the sunshine/moonlight and chatting with other guests. Place was spotless, quiet, homey and in a perfect location (with private car parking!) "

"Pauline was such a kind and gracious host to my friends and I. We loved talking with her over breakfast which she serves at Orana house. The house has a wonderful ambiance, with gardens and a view to match. I highly recommend anyone who wishes for a more unique and personal stay in Hobart. One day we'll be back Pauline 😊"

"Beautiful cottage"

"Fantastic base to explore Richmond and Hobart with great views from the front deck. Compact cottage but manages to feel roomy with three bedrooms and a living area. No dining table inside but we managed at the kitchen bench. Dishwasher and heater could do with an upgrade, but the owners are very responsive to any queries. Richmond is great little town to explore, and we were only 20 minutes or so out from Hobart and MONA."

The compact kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home with ease.

"The apartment was small but adequate, very clean and tidy. I missed not having an oven to entertain guests and no extra blankets were available. There was a broken chair that nearly caused a calamity and the lounge room cushions needed some attention. The instructons to get in did not arrive until the morning of our arrival - I would have preferred them at least the day before for reassurance. It was quiet and cosy but we needed to leave the reverse cycle heater on overnight for warmth."

"The loft is spacious with spectacular view. The bed and pillows are very comfy. It was fun playing stick with Ruby the border collie day and night. The host, Natasha is very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Highly recommend!"

"We did enjoy the location and kitchen was great. Although We found that especially considering the pandemic at the moment, the cleanliness was terrible. Our ensuite had dirty toothpaste in the tootpaste holder, the shower walls hadnt been wiped down, hair brushes are not necessary in accommodation and really quite gross to see another persons hair in them. Dirty tea towels and kitchen cloth. The dishwasher wasnt unloaded by cleaning staff. We found the senor light in the wardrobe would come on...

"There were insufficient cups for the guests and the curtains were hanging lopsided as only a few hooks in the rail"

"Great position. Nice walk into city, Salamanca Markets, Battery Point and Sandy Bay. No road noise. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location on the pier. Parking is included! Easy check-in. Very clean also! The apartment had a kitchen including a dishwasher. There's also a washer dryer inthe unit. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and shopping. Recommend this property!"
