"The property was really good. The only problem I had was the room was a little small. And also there is no provision to decrease AC when it’s Hot outside. The option provided to me was to open the windows to get some cold air.. when it was hot outside "

"Good for a night before/after a flight. The shuttle (10 CHF) was convenient. Breakfast (free) was quite good for a hotel buffet breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are small but functional. Staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was decent, which is convenient as there were limited food options in walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores within a 5 min walk, though. Overall, a comfortable stay that met my expectations. Would stay here again if flying out of ZRH."

"Staff were superb we didn't have any hotel issues, more our own forgetfulness and they couldn't do enough to help. Was ideally placed for an Event at the Zürich Halle, perhaps factored into the price as I'd say at that cost it could include the breakfast but in terms of location and position for travel links both to the Old and Town and airport its perfect. "

"No airport shuttle but easy to reach the hotel with public transfer. Simple but nice hotel. "

"The hotel was renovating while we were there and we enjoyed a new room. We weren’t able to get the room we asked for but staff accommodated us sufficiently. The quality of the rooms is excellent. If you come during 2025 you may have a few issues but staff work hard to make it right. "
