"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. "AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. "The information about this hotel was extremely misleading. First of it says has an outdoor pool....there is NO pool!!!! Secondly it advertises FREE airport transfer.....that is also not true. Let me say the family who run the place were lovely & extremely helpful BUT you cannot advertise a pool and free transfer & not provide these things. I think Hotels.com should look at this. Also the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. They also said Wifi but none was available "

"The ownerbpaid for a Tuk Tuk & we were taken to a different building where the room we were given doubled as an office for the Thai massage business above us. Although there was double glazing preventing us from being disturbed by the main road, but building works started at 7am & went on until 7pm & a karaoke club started at 10pm Ouroom felt unsecured & our adapter went missing."

"One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay.
