Gorgeous Get-a-way
A beautiful place to feel peace and tranquility just steps from the beachfront. Although it was misty and chilly, it was relaxing by the fireplace and perfectly scenic. I recommend this location to anyone who wants a refresh!

Perfect weekend with family!
We had a perfect weekend at Pajaro Dunes, the house is literally 1 min walk from the a beautiful beach, clean and fully equipped ! Would definitely go back and strongly recommend for a family get away weekend

Great Beach Front Property
Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and small view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach and had a foot wash station right before entering the property. Weather was amazing and can’t wait to come back.

Superb Location
Steps from an amazing stretch of coastline, sunrises sunsets. Unit accommodated our family of four adults comfortably. Gas fireplace in living area provided a cozy space for cool evening and early morning gatherings. Would return.

Really cool vibes
The place was really nice and inviting. The view from the living room is amazing. The surrounding area is beautiful as well. I also liked the way the design of the condos and walkways were. I would definitely come back.

Great condo, great beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable and the access to the beach was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. We had activities planned in both Monterrey and Santa Cruz so it was a great location in between for us. The staff were extremely friendly and we had no problems with noise or neighbors. Great stay!

A favorite place
We always enjoy our time in this place and this unit in particular. We enjoy the patio on the sand, the kids love the soft carpet and take a warm bath each night. The owner is responsive and flexible to make our stay terrific every time. We will be back.

Would highly recommend this location. The location is quiet and well stocked. My only grievance is that the there are some missing blinds in the living room, but that's minor at best.

The community of condo's was lovely with private access to the beach. Our unit was a bit dated in terms of decor and the beds were not comfortable but the location was ideal and we enjoyed our time there.

Clean, comfortable condo on the beach
This condo was immaculately clean, even the windows! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Everything was just as listed on VRBO. We had some problems initially entering the condo with the new door code and lock, but someone promptly helped us resolve the problem.

Wonderful Condo!
My husband and I have rented condos at Pajaro Dunes many times over the years and this condo is our favorite! Very well updated and everything you would need to enjoy a beach getaway. The fact that it is on the first floor just added to the whole experience. Can't say enough about how nice it is and the owner is wonderful to work with.

nice condo by the sea
Had a very nice 3 night stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. WiFi was spotty and cable was down. Owner was very kind and tried to get them fixed. We had to leave before that happened. Beach is great there and it’s close to Monterey and Carmel and Santa Cruz.

Nice getaway on the beach
It was a very nice, well appointed condo with easy beach access. There was a caution about using the oven without a fan but we couldn't locate a fan and were hesitant to turn on the oven as a result. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Beach Time
The owner of this condo is wonderful. He made the process so easy. It’s a very nice condo although a little worn. It was disappointing not to have use of the fireplace but was advised it is being updated. The view of the ocean is a bit far but the beach is a short walk. It is on the ground floor which gives easy access. We didn’t want to leave it was so fun and relaxing.

Bright and cozy living room and bedroom with good views, well-stocked kitchen and lovely patio. Some problems with heating in the master bedroom and blinds, including the pull cords, in bedroom and living room. Left front burner did not work. Loved the location and already planning to return. Perfect get away. Clean, comfortable semi quiet
Only problem, people next to us were real noisey in the mornings. 6:00 am. Till around 8:30 when they would leave the unit. In there kitchen slamming cabinet doors. We're real loud talking to each other too.
