Oceanfront on the Sand - Awesome 4 Bedroom!

Our 1750 sq ft tri-level beach house that was completely remodeled in 2007 is located just south of Aptos & Seascape Resort, approximately 12 miles south of Santa Cruz. It offers a panoramic oceanview with 15 miles of sandy beach. You can enjoy your coffee watching the dolphins & surfers and then watch the sunset from your deck. You have direct access to the beach and campfires are permitted until 10pm.

The gourmet kitchen of granite & stainless, is well stocked with cooking utensils and staples (spices, oils, etc) anything you may have forgotten.
Ample paper products (paper towels,toilet paper) are also supplied. Hair Dryers in 2 bathrooms.

The beds are already made up and waiting. Please bring your own bath & beach towels as they are not provided. This is our home away from home that we invite you to share and we do take great care maintaining it and believe that you will have everything you need for a perfect stay. For our guests protection, we have installed a security camera that cover the front driveway.

Great place for a multi-generational vacation
The location is perfect! Truly right on the sand. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is a plus! The home fit six adults and two kids perfectly. We spent four days swimming, boogie boarding fishing… and the sunsets from the porch were great! Only cons are having to bring own bath towels is a bit of a pain and the kitchen doesn’t have a tea kettle or coffee grinder. Truly is a special place. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!

Mother's Day with my family
The place was really nice. Beautiful ocean views from every floor and room. Downside, I did not know there were 3-floors. I recently had a knee replacement, and I also brought my grandchildren a two-year-old in addition twins which are six months old. It was very difficult to go up and down the stairs on to get to all 3-floors. Lastly, the beds. All the beds except for the top right room were very hard and very uncomfortable. We were not able to sleep on them. Location, great! We made the best of it but had to leave a day early.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Plenty of room for two families. We all really enjoyed the views from the main living area and upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The beach is literally steps away. Provided beach chairs and boogie boards were perfect for a day at the beach. Beth Ann was very welcoming our entire stay and we can’t wait to return!

This home was a great way to relax and be refreshed. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs. The view from the windows was a feast to our eyes and the beach so accessible to children who wanted to play. The pictures on the web site made it look as if the doors opened on the beach and did not show the flights of stairs. Bringing ones own towels was a hassle for us.

The best spot for a group getaway!
Each year, I find a spot for my family to get together at the beach for my mom’s birthday. This was a multilevel space with enough room for everyone to spread out. The middle level living room and kitchen was the perfect home base for our family meals, games, and movies. The views and beach accessibility can’t be beat! We were so grateful for the beautiful and comfortable home to relax in together this year.

Clean, comfortable condo
This is our 3rd year and we enjoy our stay. The beach is close and our grandchildren will hopefully have special memories. We did lose our electricity on the last day, but worked with it. It was sad though, the grandkids ended up going home that night since they were afraid of the darkness at night. We plan on coming again.

This beach house is the perfect romantic getaway or if you want to go on a mini vacation with the family. It had the perfect view, easy access to the beach. We are definitely coming back next time. Just bring your own bath/beach towels & paper towels.

Ideal beach setting
We had a group of 7 staying, family and friends, for a wedding in the nearby redwoods. The house had ample space for us and other family who came by for a dinner. The condo is right on the beach so we could enjoy coffee in the am, or cocktail in the pm on the balcony. Walking the beach is great as it goes for miles in length. Kitchen was amply stocked and we appreciated that for cooking a few meals like we did. Note there are lots of stairs as it's 3 levels, so not for those with bad knees or difficulty climbing stairs. I would go back again for sure. Note, count how many little ducks are stashed throughout the condo...:)
