Just 0.3 of a mile to one of the best beaches in the county, sitting on a half acre with a private skate bowl in the back yard. Featuring an entertaining area with a wood fired pizza oven, outdoor surf showers, hot tub, and soft top surfboards for your convenience

The Space:
Santa Cruz is known for world class waves and was the first placed surfed outside of Hawaii. Manressa and La selva beach have great exposure to pick up both northwest swells in the winter and south swells in the summer. The inside whitewash is great for learning to pop up on a surfboard for the first time. For experienced surfers there are dozens of sandbars up and down the beach. Dodging the crowds means more waves for you and your friends. When you done surfing, come back and roll around in the skate pool or fire up the pizza oven with the family and friends.

Getting Around:
Walk to the beach, or take a beach cruiser. Miles of beaches to run on and explore. 5 miles to aptos village and Nisene Marks forest for Mountain Biking and Hiking. 2 miles to seascape village.
