Beautiful Beach Condo S208

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished and updated 2 bedroom/2 bath 1100 sq. ft. condo with a beautiful dunes view. There are two smart tv flat screens, with cable. Free internet is included for your stay, and there are games, puzzles, books and toys for your entertainment. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the front bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and bunk bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people.  The open-concept living area is furnished with a couch, leather recliner, chair with ottoman, coffee table, electric fireplace, dining table with six chairs. The renovated kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with an island and three stools.  Listen to the waves crash from the living room, master or out on the covered patio, which has a BBQ, four chairs and a bench filled with sand toys and chairs for the beach. Situated in the dunes and only steps to the beach, guests can enjoy a carefree day of whale/dolphin/seal/bird watching, body surfing, kite flying, sand-castle building or just a long walk on the beach. After watching the sunset, you can enjoy a bonfire and star gazing.
 
Pajaro Dunes is a gated community on the central coast of California, midway between Santa Cruz and Monterrey. Tennis, basketball and brand new pickle ball courts are available on site, along with a duck pond and convenience store. The attentive resort staff is available seven days a week. Just enough out of the way for a great quiet weekend
We had a great stay inside the Pajaro Dunes Resort. The facility is right next to the dunes adjacent to the beach and was a pleasant relief from the hot Valley weather. The beach wasn't crowded at all and the VRBO was perfect for our needs.

Great Getaway Spot
After Christmas trip with the family to this gem of a property. Nice to spend a few days away from it all but close enough to go to Monterey and Santa Cruz. Property was clean, right on the dunes, and perfect for our getaway.

Overall we had a great trip. Everything was as described and the location was perfect. We did communicate with Lisa a couple of times for minor things and she was very responsive and kind. We would love to come back and stay again!! This will for sure be our go to place.

Everything we needed for a getaway!
This was a perfect place for our family. We loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed a beach bonfire, s'mores and our quiet mornings sipping coffee on the patio while listening to the waves. It is a bit away from the city which is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay. We hope to go back soon.

Great beach just steps from condo
This is a very nice condo -- small but with everything we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the fact that we could walk a short distance through the dunes to a fantastic beach that seems endless in both directions and with very few people when we were there. Lots of seabirds!

We had a wonderful time during our four night stay at the condo. It was cute, comfy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We have kids from ages 2-14 so we spent a day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, a day a Gilroy Garden Family Theme Park and a day at the beach by the condo. My husband and I were so pleased with how close the beach is to the condo. With kids it’s great to be able to pop inside for diaper changes, naps, mealtime, etc and then head back out to the beach. We saw otters and seals in the water during a cool morning walk along the beach. We had pizza delivered one night, got take out at Jalisco’s Mexican restaurant and did a little grocery shopping at Staff of Life grocery store all in Watsonville. We had a great family vacation and hope to come back some time in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Lisa’s home was steps from the beach. Bright and airy and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The home had everything we neeeded and the pickle ball courts were a big hit with the teens. She even provided pit so we could have a bonfire on the beach ! Love our time here :)
