"We had a great experience while staying here. We had booked the two cottages for my mum's surprise birthday and I have a large family. This was a great place to do this as there was a pool which entertained us all and enough space that you weren't in each other's space. It had beautiful views and a hiking tail right on the doorstep for anyone interested in a lovely walk. It wasn't far to get to local shops/bars/pubs. I would stay here again"

"The property was as described and was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Check in was easy. However this is the only property I have EVER stayed in that didnt provide any tea coffee milk etc. Even budget hotels do this. It made the place seem unwelcoming and meant we hsd nothing to drink on arrival after a long journey. The same applies to the minute amount of hand soap provided. Also, a bin bag would have been useful. Parking was ok but was on the street and at a distance...fine...

"This was my second stay at Law Brook Farm Cottage and I had just a good a stay as the first. The cottage is in a nice quiet location just outside the small town of Holmfirth with plenty to do in the area and some nice pubs/restaurants only a few minutes away. The property itself is finished to a high quality and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds are very comfortable and give a good night's sleep. "We had a lovely four night stay in Lavender Cottage. Communication with the hosts before hand was easy, the cottage was clean and very pretty inside and out. A perfect spot to explore the beautiful area. The village store round the corner was handy.corner"

"A large and immaculate house. Perfect for large family group of various ages. Kitchen room was lovely and great size bedrooms. We made use of the hot tub a number of times. The games room was very disappointing though. The local area has a number of attractions and perfect for few days away."

"Jonathan and Jane were wonderful hosts. The barn was very warm and well resourced for a Christmas stay. It easily slept 8 and there were plenty of crockery etc. for everyone. We would recommend this property to anyone."

"The property was clean, modern and well equipped. The only negative comment would be that it would benefit having a separate toilet within the actual cottage especially when it sleeps 8 people."

"Parking was an issue we were sent an image a few days before our trip with parking area circled however when we arrived there was no room we were then informed that it was not designated parking for the cottage also no microwave which of course would have been helpful otherwise nice and clean and comfy beds"

"Nice stay. Lovely and Clean. Beautiful surroundings. Driveway is very steep and the underfloor heating downstairs would never turn off leaving it very warm. Great stay though and would happily return."
