Welcome to Our Beautiful Vacation Home with Breathtaking Views of Paw Paw Lake

This stunning home not only offers awe-inspiring views of Paw Paw Lake but also serves as your perfect getaway destination. Whether you’re looking to unwind or gather with friends and family, this property is sure to meet all your expectations. We rent a dock from our neighbor, so please feel free to inquire about dock access for your boat.

This charming Cape Cod-style home is designed to maximize the breathtaking lake views and features an exceptional floor plan. The newer construction boasts five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, providing 3,000 square feet of living space across three levels. Every bedroom offers a stunning view of Paw Paw Lake! Additionally, the balcony and large patio overlooking the lake create an ideal setting for summer entertaining.

The home is thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the picturesque surroundings. The kitchen, equipped with new appliances and a convenient snack bar, opens up to the dining area and flows seamlessly into the inviting living space. Large sliding doors lead out to the deck, perfect for hosting gatherings on a grand scale. The finished lower level walk-out features a spacious family room complete with a pool table and ping pong table, ensuring endless fun for indoor activities!

Our vacation home is situated in an excellent location, just a block away from public access to the lake and two public boat launches within a mile. This is the perfect retreat for family and friends to gather and relax by the beautiful Paw Paw Lake, the largest inland all-sports lake in Southwest Michigan!

*Public Access: Forest Beach Park is just one block away, featuring a small, swimmable beach with access to kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.

*Wedding Venues: Close to several local wedding venues, including Mill Creek Barn and Blue Dress Barn, making it convenient for attending or hosting weddings.

*Parks and Recreation: Just one mile from Hays Park and Paw Paw River County Park, where you can easily launch kayaks and canoes. Enjoy hiking and fishing on the 14-acre island, which includes a playground, skate park, basketball court, and baseball diamond. The place is beautiful with all the amenities you would want. However, anyone bringing their boat must realize that the neighbors dock is 6 blocks down the road and 80 steps from the driveway to the Lake.

Great place for the family
This was our second stay, the place was great as always. Gal is great at responding to messages quickly. That place is very spacious, clean and has two really great balconies overlooking the lake. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was big enough for our 2 families. Kids loved the basement. It had ping pong/pool table. And, the views were breathtaking!!

A wonderful place for a get away
A short walk to the small beach, with warm, shallow water, which is great for kids. There is also grass and shade there, which we found helpful. We enjoyed the kayak, bikes, and beach toys. The view of the lake from the deck and living rooms are great. We loved this spacious home. Our host was very responsive.

We got together with our siblings and spouses and enjoyed some wine tasting and breweries in the area. The house was clean and worked perfect for our group. We made our meals at the house and enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake.

Came on a small vacation with a family group. The house is incredible with plenty of space even with twelve of us. Communication with the host was fast and check in was very easy. The views are incredible. My favorite thing was to enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning watching the sunrise over the lake. 100/10 recommend

Great place and great view
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. The place was clean and in good shape. Plenty of space. Bedrooms had light blocking shades for good sleep. The balcony areas are pretty big. The grill came in handy as well. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Family gathering house
Perfect house and location for multiple family get together. Lots of amenities including kitchen items, baby gates on the stairs, toddler high chair, pac-n-plays, canoe, kayaks, life preservers, washer and dryer and two decks over looking the water. Short walk to a small but nice sandy beach with dock. Perfect for the grandchildren. Great sunsets! Would definitely return again.

Awesome Gathering Space
Our group has been traveling together for several years as our daughters on part of a horse back riding team. This is the first time we have all stayed in a house together. Lakeside was perfect for our four families-each parent had a room and bathroom and the girls a bunk room. Everything was clean and check in was easy. The owner is quick to respond to any questions or needs. The views from the kitchen/living room are amazing. As a bonus they had a Christmas tree that made it festive!

Lake Time
We enjoyed the amenities of the house. The sunsets from the back deck were gorgeous. Having a pool table downstairs was fun for everyone. The fire pit was nice on the cool evening. Having access to a dock was nice also since we had rented a boat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The only item is the second floor bathroom needs better lighting to see when you are getting ready in the morning. Other than that it was great.

Great place for family weekend
We had a great stay for the long weekend in town for a family wedding. Plenty of space for 9 adults to hang out and relax. Beautiful view of the water, very relaxing! Plenty of linens and towels which is much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

Good week long stay
The pictures did not lie. The house was very clean and the owner was responsive. The 2 decks were great for relaxing. Made trips to St Joseph (downtown is great), Holland (Windmill Island Gardens), Grand Rapids (Fredrik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Gardens) and Sageutuck (paddle boat). Went to 3 beaches on Lake Michigan and saw a couple of lighthouses. The faults: -No wash rag in mbr -Towels were extremely thin -Dock on lake for swimming was about a block walk _No Keurig

Great for family holiday gathering
Great property for the family to meet. There were nine of us for dinner and plenty of room at the dining table. Great views of the lake and a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay. My only “nit” is the soft water and dry air really did a number on my skin and hands. I recommend bringing a humidifier if you’re prone to dry skin.

Amazing view needs some updates, attention to the outside experience, great responsiveness.
We stayed for my mom's memorial service because she grew up on Paw Paw Lake. Overall our experience was excellent, the view was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves as much as we could considering the occasion. Improvements neec to be made in the following areas: the grill did not work well, we put a tenderloin on, and, after 30 minutes it had to be moved to the oven. The broiler also did not work in the oven. The refrigerator leaked and we could not get that fixed so had to place paper towels in the freezer and the refrigerator. It would have been nice to know this The weather was beautiful so it would have been nice to have some form of cleanup on the decks outside so we could have enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
