Pet Friendly Waterville Valley Condo in Forest Rim (FR1IV)

Discover the perfect pet-friendly getaway in Waterville Valley! This spacious vacation rental caters to the entire family, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  A loft in one of the bedrooms upstairs perfect as a playroom.  The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar, while the dining area boasts pub-style seating. Plus, a large entry foyer ensures ample space for your winter gear and attire.

After a day of skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, unwind in the private jacuzzi tub to soothe tired muscles. For added comfort, there's a portable A/C unit in the upper bedroom.

Access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for $20 per person or $50 per family per day. Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, the White Mountain Athletic Club offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, gym, weight room, and more!

This Vacation Condo is close to the free shuttle pick-up to Waterville Ski Resort bringing you to the Mountain, Town Square., beach, entertainment and restaurants.  During the winter enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross-country trails for skate and classic skiing as well as ice skating at the Valley Ice Arena.  Sleigh rides in the Town Square and Dog Sled events are a favorite!  Or explore the trails with snowshoes around the valley.

During summer enjoy the 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, Hiking and Walking for all abilities!  Hang at Corcoran's Pond for swimming and boat rentals.  Catch some trout in the Mad River.  Bike and In-line skate rentals are available at the Town Square. The Recreation Center offers summer day camps for kids and group trips for teens.

And for year-round adventures, enjoy the shopping and dining at the Town Square, special events with live music and fireworks!

Weekly Deals!  Allow up to 6 Adults Max or families of 7. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups. Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee.  A full-size sheet will be provided to put on the couch.

Weekend away at Waterville
Condo was good size-wise for the six adults and one toddler. Main living area a bit cramped, but the weather was nice and we were able to utilize the deck space which was lovely. We did have sugar ants in the kitchen. Overall a functional space, a bit dusty and we used all the fans (it was a muggy weekend), and the fans need to be cleaned.

Fun ski weekend
Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids (11-14). Management team was excellent. Great weekend! We would come back. The weather and skiing conditions were amazing.

Place was great all around.. Plenty of room for our family of four with two dogs.. Well maintained and clean.. The weekend that we went up had a heat wave! If there were any negatives I wish the unit had AC downstairs!! Other than that it was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for quick response and fix of the TV. Even though I didn’t ask for it. You went out of your way and purchased a roku for the unit and installed it same day.. Excellent service!!
