It is pretty close to other hotels, fast food places, gas stations and the freeway, so I thought it would be noisy. Plus I had the room right next to the elevator. But it was very quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. It was nice and clean and smelled fresh. I would stay here again.

Every time I come to Watertown to stay I always book with Country Inn and Suites. The rooms are spacious, clean, and homie. I have never been disappointed with the service, always friendly staff no matter the situation. I recommend staying here.

First room they sent us to,wasn't cleaned yet by 4 pm. They switched us to another room with a apology.

Checked in a lottle after 4pm, walked up to room, and they were still cleaning. Had to wait for them to finish. Hotel smelled liked an ashtray. Rock hard bed. Very noisy, rooms are not soundproof at all.

Property was clean and staff was great. Gym was very bare bones (only a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical machine. No weights or mats. And water cooler was empty) and the elliptical trainer made an awful noise.

Very nice Hotel. Front desk gal was very kind and would help you in any way. Breakfast was good. Only thing in Hotel room CARPET looked soiled. Just Needs a good shampoo. 😊

Check in experience with excellent… Actually got a phone call to our room to be sure everything was ok And you just don’t get that additional customer service anymore. We had a nice clean room and I especially like that the breakfast items were all prepackaged and it was still very good quality food. Will definitely use this hotel again.
