Welcome to our beautiful pet friendly family home in the old part of Clanfield, a serene haven perfect for your next getaway. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this stunning retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families seeking a relaxing escape. This property has off road parking for 2 cars and is close to all access routes and local amenities for your convenience.

The home features two generously sized bedrooms, and one large study/bedroom all designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ample storage. The second bedroom offers a double bed, whilst the third bedroom/office is located on the ground floor and has a double sofa bed, Smart TV & PlayStation.

The living area is seriously cosy with a Log Burner and has entertainment at the touch of a button with a Smart TV, Virgin, surround sound speakers and DVD player. Sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie night with the family or gather around the table for board games.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, including a Rangemaster hob, double oven and the added luxury of a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of counter space and room to seat six comfortably in the adjacent dining area.

The home includes two beautiful bathrooms one on each floor, one with a luxurious bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The heart of our home is the stunning sunroom, featuring bifold doors that flood the space with natural light and seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors. This inviting space is perfect for relaxing with a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or spending quality time with loved ones while soaking in the garden views. The room boasts it own high speed WiFi, Log Burner, Underfloor Heating & Smart TV!
